Brain Damage Like some others I entered in to a pension scheme with windsor life in the early 90s eventually after a stream of takeovers now Reassure. However since around 7 months ago the client service is run by morons. Possibly some re-organisation. It takes weeks sometimes months to receive a reply after phoning which in itself is like the 3rd degree, lots of deerie's & darlings but no common sense. Even after receiving a letter of apology from a manager? When I phoned to talk to him I was passed from 3 departments no-one knowing him! My advice steer clear if you like customer sensible service. Meantime anyone knowing na efficient pension company please let me know.
