THIS IS A FAKE WEBSITE/COMPANY- foreign service charges while fake addresses given are in Miami Beach, FL (really Home Depot locations!) I was interested in ordering Jordans for my boyfriend from this company. Found an AWESOME pair and headed to check out to see the final cost. Never finished transaction and kept on shopping. (you know... to gauge the shipping and handling and check out my options...) Meanwhile, i get a confirmation email for my purchase! I never purchased the item or gave him any credit card info or anything, just an address. Anyways i decided that i did want to buy the product: went back in to buy it- ok. But it made me a new order # and now I've paid for 1 pair of jordans, and will receive another pair (the original) and a bill in the mail- who does this? (my order #'s were #68 and #70- weird?!) So now im trying to cancel my order. There is no contact # and the store locations are in FL. But they are emailing me from their hotmail accounts. I keep responding to these emails asking to please cancel my order i do not want the product and they write back saying... "to cancel the..." or "you pay for failure". THIS was SCARY! So then I google maps the addresses in FL: THEY ARE HOME DEPOT LOCATIONS! Then i get an email that this other company will be billing me... (called Balletbridal.Co., Ltd*Fashionpay) Then i see the charge: the billing amount was different than the amount of my order (only off by 2 cents.) ** at this point I have cancelled my credit card and refused the charge and I'm FEARING identity fraud*** I keep getting the same emails about paying for failure Now there is ANOTHER charge, from the same company for even more money ( this charge is $1.11 more than the original cost including shipping and handling) All i can say is thank god i use chase bank and they are so reliable and I am posting this message so that hopefully I will save somebody from this hassle.
