Placed an order, no communication for over a month. This is obviously a fraudulent site. I've had to dispute the charge and reporting them

Ordered on 12/12 as a Christmas gift. The item has been in "10 Day Crafting Period" since 12/27. I have attempted to contact them multiple times, they have yet to respond. No phone number no actual email address, really not much information at all.

Save your money, don't shop here.

Ordered a product back in August '22, it is now soon to be January '23, no response from customer service. Also paid for first class delivery.

I placed an order and never received it, contacted customer service 10+ times with no response. There is no phone number listed. This site is a scam.

I've tried contacting this business multiple times over email and social media and I've had absolutely zero reply.
I've spent over $100 AUD and in 6 months I've had zero response.
Do not order from this site you won't get a refund or your goods.

Do not order from this site! Emailed multiple times about my order, never once got a responce. They say they send out orders in 4 business days, well they don't! It took them 18 business days to send mine, and never sent me a tracking number, even after asking multiple times for it. Spend your money elsewhere, they suck!

I agree with Brad A and Oliver W - this place steals from people! I ordered three masks - two rainbow cloth tie on and one butterfly light up mask. I received an email saying that my order was being shipped in two packages. That was over two months ago! They have no phone number listed to contact them, only email. I have sent six and have had no response! I can't even get a refund! Bummer that they make a living out of stealing from Ravers!

Well you've come to the right place! Their customer service is absolute GARBAGE and they don't refund returns despite their policy saying they do. They don't respond to emails, or any outreach on social media. I've filed a complaint with the better business bureau and my bank to hopefully get my money back from these thieves. Don't waste your time and SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Ordered here back in 2020. Never received my order nor refund. Customer service never answered my emails.

I ordered a pair of Demonia boots last November (2020) for my daughter for Christmas. I was informed there would be a wait due to Covid restrictions, blah blah, we were okay with waiting. Well in June we decided we'd waited long enough and reached out for a refund. No answer. I've never got an answer to this day nor a refund for boots that never came. I reached out to them via their website repeatedly. They did finally cancel my order but still no response from anyone nor refund. I'm disputing with my bank. I submitted a complaint with BBB and the case was closed cause they wouldn't respond! Proceed with caution!

Fist their customer is NON-EXISTENT you never get a response. Second, their stuff is made for tiny twink girls and doesn't fit actual women's bodies--I am normally a size 8--average woman's body and their XL doesn't even fit me. DON'T buy from them.

They will steal your money & never send you your item. Their customer service never responds back either. If you complain on their IG they will just delete the comment. Don't use!

This company steals from people. I purchased an item close to 3 months ago. After 1 month of waiting, I sent a message which said message was received with no reply. After another couple weeks I requested a refund with no refund and no reply. I have tried reaching out 2 more times since then, which all say they were delivered, and have never received a reply. This place is either a scam or extremely poorly managed. From what I have read, it has happened to hundreds of people. As far as I'm concerned, they are thief's.

I ordered a pair of Demonias back in October and I have been in contact a few times with the company through email, but as of late I emailed twice about a refund and I have recieved no response. In previous emails they were helpful and understanding and they updated me about my order. They also told me I can request a refund at any moment and that they understood if I did not want to wait for the boots to arrive. I emailed once in April about a refund, and again in May. No response. Super disappointed. (The attached photo is the last email I received from them in February. Very nice and understanding, offered refund, appears to be sorry about the long wait. Bummer that they don't follow up on refund requests.)

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Bought a hydration pack from RaveReady and they never sent it to me! I've probably send like 5 emails to customer service. They say that a real person will email back within a couple days. Never got a reply. I NEVER MY BACKPACK OR A REFUND. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered diffusers well over a week ago paid for Express shipping and it still hasn't showed up and the email is no longer active

This site is one of the most despicable sites I have ever had the displeasure of using. They advertised on a video about saving lives by checking narcotics that go to clubs and making sure they are not taking a deadly drug and that he put in a lot of his own money and gave free samples out just to save lives but it was all a sham. I ordered an item online and it's been longer than two weeks. Their office is located an hour away from my home. This is a scam do not shop here they don't even send you an email confirmation of your purchase. It's obvious that the reviews below are written from RaveReady themselves too many postitive reviews at once. Definitely going to write reviews on their social media accounts to inform the rest of the online shoppers watch them delete it.

But they're still taking payments! I got screwed by them TWICE now, because I forgot they were the same company:(

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. THIS SITE IS A SCAM.
I placed an order on october 11th, it updated me and told me the item had shipped by october 12th.
I did not hear from them for two weeks, no tracking number.
Only after I made the effort to contact customer service about my order, DID THEY REALIZE THEY NEVER SENT MY PACKAGE, then attempted to ship it AFTER i contacted them. It was already WEEKS too late.
THIS SITE IS A SCAM SCAM SCAM and I see now others are complaining of never receiving their order.

I ordered some clothes for EDC Vegas this year and it was almost a month ago to this day when I did it. Two days after I made the order it said it it was shipping. 11 DAYS LATER! I looked at my bank account and it said there was a pending refund on my order from this site! They never gave me an explanation to why! I would go back to the website, said my order was canceled, go back to the site a couple times different days trying to find out why and then the site was gone! Looked again, website was back and my order was shipping?!?! Looked at my bank account and I got my refund in full. I'm happy to have my money back but this site is so unreliable. I told all of my friends to not use this site. I won't ever use this site ever again for anything. Huge scam!
