Could not of asked for a better service!
I love our patio furniture from rattan warehouse. It turned our garden into another room. We just live there in the summer. So nice that we can leave it outside the whole time. It dries so quickly. We definitely ended up with the right option after listening to their advice. Thanks guys!

My most recent purchase from Rattan Warehouse was a San Diego sofa and table. Sadly, one of the little corner legs for the sofa was missing. After sending the company an email, I received a response the next day stating that a replacement was on its way to me. Despite the fact that these things happen, I was pleased with how the situation was handled. Lewis from customer service will finish. Based on my experience, I would advise using this company.

I recently bought a San Diego sofa and table from Rattan warehouse. Unfortunately one of the sofa small comer legs was missing. I emailed the company and within a day had a reply confirming a replacement was on its way to me. These things happen but I was impressed with the courteous and prompt manner in which the matter was dealt with. We'll done Lewis from Customer Services. Really appreciate all the help from him and driver who delivered the set for me. Took onto the patio and was very helpful. Highly recommended

I've had my rising table sofa set for a few months now and it still looks as good as new. The rattan material is incredibly durable and has withstood all weather conditions without any signs of wear or tear. The cushions are also very comfortable and have retained their shape over time. Great investment!

Helpful and friendly. Communication with lewis and staff was wonderful. They kept me abreast of my order and were very helpful when I called with questions. The products I ordered were well made and beautiful. The cushions added to the attractiveness. I highly recommend this company. I know quality is extremely important to them, so this is not a negative comment, but I do wish I could have received my furniture more quickly. However, the product was well worth the wait!

I purchased garden furniture some years ago and the product and service was excellent. Over the years of sun and rain the feet for the glass tables have perished so I emailed customer service to see if I could purchase new feet as I had tried locally but couldn't get. I got an email back from Lewis who said the spares would be in the post and at no charge at all. Now that's customer service. Thanks again

Always very helpful staff no matter what your questions are big or small. With all things you buy from Rattan warehouse you truly get what you pay for, outstanding products. You only have to look at them and compare with similar products from other retailers to see the difference. I am so pleased I bought my carolina sofa from Rattan warehouse.

Sanford set arrived on time by polite and friendly driver. Chairs very luxurious and comfortable. Table took a bit of time to put together but again a quick email to office and info helped. Thanks Lewis! Nice to have free cover and parasol. Both very good quality as well. Highly recommended.

This is the second piece of garden furniture we have purchased for Rattan warehouse. Really pleased with the columbus sofa set. Excellent quality. Delivered by driver who was brilliant and super polite!

Relatively easy to put together and really comfy. Also lightweight so nice and easy to move around the garden to follow the sun or shade! I would recommend them. Customer service was also very good, I spoke to someone before I ordered them, the lady was really helpful and easy to get hold of. Delivery was super quick which made the whole process even better.
