“Who knew they'd expand so much”

I love clothes from this brand. Initially thought to be an attire for golf players, ralph lauren has expanded its influence so much, nowadays many people around the globe wear their polos. Sincerely speaking, not only polos are of high quality, but sweatshirts and hoodies as well. Plus the price doesn't bite much, actually. There is clothes both from the mid-segment and luxurious one.

I Was not happy with the return policy. Attempted to do an exchange for a smaller size and was not able to due to the payment method. I shot with Ralph Lauren quite often and for me not to be able to do an exchange was very disappointing. The representative stated to me that I would have to do a return and then make the purchase all over again. I asked, would I still be able to get the same discount And the representative stated that I would not be able to get the same discount that I got originally. So make sure you know your right size because Ralph Lauren will not make it easy for you to do an exchange.

So make sure you know your right size because Ralph Lauren will not make it easy for you to do an exchange.

I purchased 3 custom Ralph Lauren collard polo Shirts paid for rush shipping and they still did not arrive for on time. Received shirts the material is so thin that I had to double check to make sure the site I have ordered from at least 3 other times was legit. If I hold the polo up to the light you can see right through it. SMH just to think I spent $150 per shirt. No returns on custom orders so I am stuck with them. Last purchase RL What happened to Quality! This is Ridiculous

Ralph Lauren is the ONLY retailer I've returned an item to, who hasn't refunded my money within 2 days of receipt of a $600 pair of jeans. It's going on 9 days and I still haven't received a refund. They can take my full payment at purchase, but they're in no hurry to let go of the money. For this reason, I don't intend to purchase from them again. I must say though, their customer service representative "Brittany" was very nice. Since the COVID crisis began, shopping online is a popular option and unfortunately, you cannot try on clothes in advance for proper fit so they have to be returned.

Have been a fan of polo for many years. Recently I purchased 3 v-neck shirts and 3 pair of shorts from a polo store in Vegas. The shirts are not v-neck after you wash them, just look like an out of shape crew neck. The shorts are very wrinkled right out of the dryer. Won't purchase Polo again.

This past season ('22) I went on a Polo Ralph Lauren Binge. I purchased seven pairs of color shorts, 10 pairs of Custom Fit Color T-Shirts, and four Mesh Polos.

The shorts were as expected. However, the T-Shirts & Mesh shirts were little to be desired. The T-Shirts are practically see-through when held up to the light. The color dye inconsistent. Not one of the T-Shirts has the same soft cotton feel. Some feel thinner than others. The inside collar hem does not lay flat.

The Mesh Polo Shirts, the label is sewn directly on to the shirt. Years ago, they used to use a bedding to support the label and protect the shirt. Now, if you were to tug on the label, the possibilities of tearing the shirt are greater.

The cut for the collar is also an issue. They are either cut too long, or too short. Too long, the collar will not lay flat. Too short, and you can see the stitching for the label on the back side of the shirt.

I iron my PRL garments inside out. This displays their flaws in stitching technique. It sickens me when I see how much I shell out on PRL products, and the quality that I am seeing. Simply not worth it.

PRL Customer Service rating is below average. I contacted them via email, submitted every that they requested, and never heard back.

I order two pairs of sneakers last week i received it after 3 days.One pair is perfect and is size 13.the other pair which is size 8 is used.I call customer service the same day and I explained to her issue she told me don't worry we are going to send you a new one and am going to email you a return label just sent the other one I wait a week nothing I call again she never place the my order.Now they cannot do nothing they just as to give a refund because they don't have my size first of all why you sent me a used dirty pair of sneakers instead of a new one that I order.Shame on you.By the way my order number is *******583.

Their clothes are expensive, but definitely do not worth that money. I received a dress, which didn't fit me at all. I don't recommend anybody to order from them.

Low quality and a joke my parfume dripped out of shipping box half empty and the smell doesn't stay it's like a no name type of parfume

I think I have had the worst service from a company that I would have expected the price tag would offer the best. It is impossible to speak to anyone, and I am left feeling frustrated and time wasted. Very unhappy

Based on the name, I was thrilled to get a RL down coat on sale late last year. Although it was marked down, I still happily paid a pretty penny for it. Imagine my surprise, when I noticed that some of the threads had begun to snap and come apart. I've only just started wearing it!

In any case, a friend who sews and who is studying to be a seamstress took a look and declared it to be cheap thread that was used. Really!? Again. Not a cheap coat! I should also mention that I purchased it at a quality store - not one where I would expect a knock off. No more RL for me!

I had an awful experience with Ralph Lauren in January 2016. I bought a windbreaker jacket online as a gift. The jacket was not on sale, it cost approx. $250 AUD. Unfortunately we needed a smaller size, so I tried to go online through their 'contact us' page to clarify the exchange process. However, the 'submit' button on thier contact us page didn't work. Then I tried to look for a number to call, but they provide only a '1-800' # which you cannot call internationally!

So I find the companies email address on a form I had and email them my concerns about contacting them (as i was a bit concerned that all options to get in touch didn't work... not very professional!). They replied, quite quickly, and in their email they state:
"Ralph Lauren does not have an exchange policy, please return the item for a full refund and re-purchase the item". Although this is very disappointing. The clincher is, when you return the item they charge an 'international return fee' of $25 AUD! So basically I'm unfairly treated for purchasing online!

I email back and let them know i'm extremely disappointed about this, and question I why should pay an international fee for returning the item when I purchased the item in Australia?! I asked for my query to be escalated to a manager and for someone to give me a call... no one ever replied to my email. And as a clincher, they advise that if i have any questions i can call their '1-800' #. Grrr!

Can we just think about this for a sec... a top designer, high end prices, and an expectation of quality customer service... does not have an exchange policy, does not realise that international buyers cannot call a 1-800 #s, and penalises people for shopping online?!

And to top it all off, they end all their emails with the standard line "We look forward to providing you with the legendary service you have come to expect from RalphLauren.com.au" - AS IF, just make sure you have no issues!

I will never buy another Ralph Lauren product because of this experience and I caution all those who might want to buy a Ralph Lauren product online.

I have been a longtime fan of the clothes, but my results with using this site have been rather disappointing. Ive had one order where the wrong size was sent (correct size was on the packing list) and two orders where I received the wrong item altogether (although both times the packing list info was correct). The most recent time, by the time I received and returned the incorrect item, the item I wanted had since sold out. Very disappointing.

Lots of issues with shipping on the orders or quality items. The customer service never answers their emails so do not even bother. By the time you reach them, the item you want is usually out of stock, so pick up the phone right away and insist. The best "solution" I have ever been offered was a refund, still having to ship back the wrong item received for which they did not even offer a home pick up, and a meager $20 gift card. Usually, throughout my many problematic orders with them, there were no gift cards given out even when the mistake was theirs and I could not get the item I selected (out of stock) because of their incompetence. I do not understand how the company is still alive. I am definitely looking for a new online retailer to shop at.

I have loved Ralph Lauren clothing for as long as I can remember. With that being said, the online customer service lacks the same quality as the clothes. Why does an exchange or refund take 12 BUSINESS DAYS?! I shipped an item from Atlanta to North Carolina and was told that it coulb be 3 weeks before they process the exchange. When you spend over $300 for items, you dont expect to have to wait a month for an exchange to be processed! I was told they only receive items in bulk, in other words they wait for a large amount of items to come in before they will process any returns. That is unacceptable for a company of its caliber. The company doesn't wait 12 business days to take my money for a purchase, so why should it take 12 business days for me to get my money or my product!
