It was one of the worst experience. I used the car in rajasthan for 6 days. Earlier when I called them for enquiry of itenary the agent girl Hina Rajput shared it, she was humble and kind enough. I thought it will be a good trip experience but later there was no call from her post advance amount is paid. They will call continuously to get the booking confirmed. Once the advance amount is paid they will take customers for GRANTED. In starting Mr CB Singh (Santram Holidays Pvt Ltd) will talk very professionally, later on he will behave like typical unprofessional, unmanaged cab service owner, who left you in hands of driver who has every right to ruined your trip. Company Rajputana Cabs, Santram Holidays Pvt Ltd cheat people with the hidden cost. They don't reveal the hidden amount earlier while advance payment and later share the same on the last day of the trip at the airport drop. It was the horrible car service I came across. Cab Driver Karan Meena was so unprofessional and talk with women in a rude and arrogant manner. The driver uses the rented car for his personal use and increase the kilometer in the billing. He will decide where he want to go, always force you to take auto, always give excuses roads are bad I can't drive (however, the roads were good). The unprofessional adamant driver and the arrogant owner ruins the trip experience. I would suggest NOT to go for this car service and beware of the hidden cost which they will reveal only on the LAST DAY of the trip drop. They will only provide worst experience and spoil your trip experience and mood. I regret using their services. The driver was so lazy for the rides and usually use to say wahan pe traffic hai wahan nahi jayenge, ab aap hotel hi chale jao.
