I purchased 2 gift cards from raise.com & both arrived with a zero balance. Unfortunately, I didn't use them until over 100 days after I received the cards which is outside raise's guarantee period. I called customer service anyway to report person who sold them to me & was overjoyed that rep refunded my purchase price & also gave me a discount on my next purchase! Talk about fabulous customer service! I am a very happy Raise customer & highly recommend them. PS I will now check balances on all cards as soon as I receive them!

I am a long time Raise customer and never had issues with any orders until this last order I had placed for a physical card. I received the usual envelope in the mail, but no card was to be found. I contacted Raise, they investigated, and refunded my order. That takes trust, and I appreciated it. I hope Raise was able to investigate the matter with the seller, but in any case, I will continue to be a customer.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Raise. To date, I've saved $300 with just under $3000 worth of gift cards purchased. I've purchased Toys R Us, PetSmart and Lowe's and haven't had a single problem redeeming. I've purchased both instant wallet delivered and mailed cards. If you're looking to save money, this is definitely the place to go!

I've done business with Raise for many years. You won't find a more honest company and very customer service oriented. The vast majority of cards work just fine. Occasionally you'll get one that doesn't but Raise makes it right! Highly recommend.

Raise is one in a million. Gift cards do take some time to be approved because there are strong anti-fraud measures in place, but they usually sell almost instantaneously. Dont risk selling your gift card on eBay then getting a message from them saying, the buyer was fraudulent with some odd code number and then being screwed out of your cash. Raise is the way to go, and their support is the best I have ever dealt with! Super professional listeners with can-do policies and a great attitude!

First time customer. I was leery of purchasing gift cards on-line and was reassured by the 100 day money back guarantee. When it turned out there was an issue with two of the five gift cards i purchased, I received a phone call notifying me of this and was offered several options for resolution.

It's really helpful as there are many stores and we won't know how to use gift card on that specific store. Raise just not helps in getting things cheaper but also helps in using them.

I had issues with a bunch of gift cards and I paid a lot for them. Even though the gift cards were past the 100 days guarantee they refunded me the full amount that I paid without going through any hassles. I appreciate that they were willing to do that even though they are not required to but that is why I go back for them because I can trust them and they are committed to providing a great customer experience.

I placed an order for a Carraba's gift card at a great price. Unfortunately, I didn't double check on the shipping address and had to call customer service for help. My representative was Yandy. She was efficient in correcting the problem in less than 5 minutes. Super nice, pleasant and polite. The perfect combination for someone in customer service. I have purchased several gift cards from Raise and have never had an issue using them. They have always been as described and the one time I contacted them, I received excellent customer service. Merrick, the customer service rep, went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!

Love buying gift cards at well under actual dollar cost! Some can fetch you upwards of 30% off, just by looking. I always go to RAISE before I have to purchase anything as you can save money instantly.

I've been buying gift cards on Raise for several stores (for online and in store uses) and haven't had any issues with any of the cards. When an early purchasing snafu hit, they had awesome customer service and fixed it. I recently bought more cards than intended and again had a great customer service experience which resolved it (there's a human you can speak to!). While I find the app a little slow and obtuse, I love their instant messages when gift cards hit the shelves for stores that rarely have them available. Delivery of cards (almost instantaneous for digital) is always wicked prompt.

I have discussed a few concerns faced with Raise recently and she could handle all of them in a satisfactory manner. Impressed with her knowledge, patience showed to understand things, and turn around time in resolving the issue. Keep up the good work!

I have never had any problem using raise for my gift cards. In the past, using several different sites that are terrible experiences with not even bothering to send a card I ordered, I have remained loyal to only raise and will never go with any other site again. Reliability is golden!

I had been purchasing gift cards from the site and everything was great. I was saving lots of money. Then I bought one card and when I called to check the balance, it didn't have any value on the card. I was very concerned because it was a high value card. I called customer service, and Fawn, who was very friendly and efficient, quickly refunded my money.
