The Store setting is nice, clean, they have good deals, stylish clothes, nice shoes, nice bags, necklace, nice earrings, fancy phone case, body cream, perfume etc. It have almost everything there like Walmart. The workers there Are nice, friendly and they give good service. Not all the workers at all the rainbow stores are nice read the review before going there thanks.
I just visited the store located at 9158 Parkway East space 11A in Birmingham Alabama 35206 and this was the worst experience every. The cashier was very rude and had a very nasty attitude. She didn't speak to her customers and when she was spoken to she did not speak back. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or not but that is no way to deal with the public and if my daughter didn't need those items that I purchase I would have put everything back like I put back the other things. This was my last time visiting this location. If customer service is like this, I will not be returning to any of your stores.

I went back to the store to return 2 shirts that did not fit and the employee there told me I could not return it because I didn't have the receipts mind you I still had the tags attached and all I wanted to do was get a different size and they still refused. Needless to say they have lost a loyal customer I won't ever go back again. There policy is the absolute worse!
I returned an order 1 day after receiving it. The story was the system was down and only store credit was available, policy is if you have the receipt you can get a refund, not in my case i was told once your refund goes on a gift card it cannot be reversed, never again will i purchase anything from this store and i will be informing my family and friends to stay away from them period... Policy not worth the paper it's printed on... It was not my fault the system was down, and my order was purchased with a visa debit card...
I ordered my products a week ago was told my package would be here Friday then Monday it's now wed 12/13 and fed ex web site says it's out for delivery today 12/11...what the f#@k!. The customer service representatives were EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEY LACKED THE KNOWLEDGE NEEDED TO EFFECTIVELY DO THEIR JOBS! I will NEVER EVER order anything from them again. Then I cant even get a refund until fed ex explains to Rainbow where my package is. None of this is my fault as the consumer yet im being penalized as if it is. Retail or online I will never shop with them again. RUDE $#*! PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES! HORRIBLE ATTITUDES!

The representatives that answer the phone are dumb and rude. She lacked the KNOWLEDGE needed to do her job effectively rather than say she didnt know she hung up on me. Something you should never do to a paying customer. The reason you have job is because we shop at these stores remember that the next time you hang up on a paying customer.

The store manager made a very rude comment about my body I didn't appreciate it at all. I came to spend my hard earned money just to get talked about from the store manager around 2pm
First I waited 4 weeks to get my order in only which half showed up. The small does not fit a 5'5 Woman at 125 lbs, they are more medium/large. I asked when my other half of the order will arrive and I'm on week 6 and counting, no definite answer for arrival. I asked for a refund on what I do have and they told me to gift it. They will not refund my order. I now have $100 worth of clothes I can't wear. Do not waste your time or money with this supposed faith based company.

I bought a dress on 4/17/2024 and return the dress on 4/18/2024. Went to the original store that I bought the dress from didn't notice the sign on the door so go into the store the lady at the counter ask him can she help me I told her I needed to do a return she said she was unable to do the return due to the system was down I had to go to the one up the street I said okay and proceeded to walk out the door as I was walking the other lady that was in there working with her said isn't the sign on the door, okay who ask you maybe I didn't see the sign, the other lady said yes it is still up there. I start to turn around and say maybe I didn't see the sign. My thing is that is your job and sometimes people may not see a sign but it is ur job to be the mouth peice. Then go to the store in the mall and they wasn't any better. Rainbow need to get better employees with a better attitude. Do the job you signed up for, get ur check and go home! Just saying!
First and last time ever ordering shoes from Rainbow. Both photos were taken after wearing one time. I wore the black ones to work and they literally wear coming apart as i was walking to my car after my work shift. Mind you i work a desk job. The brown/tan combat boots wore one day and by the time i got home the inside lining/padding is already separating. I will never buy their shoes ever again. I can't believe they actually charge $25 and up for most. These shoes aren't worth a dime. I got on sale so I'm mad but lesson learned. If the deal sounds too good to be true it is.
I never received a package that was reported as delivered. Called Rainbow and they said oh well it's not our fault and there's nothing we can do for you. WTH? I spent my money to give them business and they say OH WELL? Never again!

I purchased 4 items; none of them worked for me and were very low quality. When I tried to follow their return procedures, it was IMPOSSIBLE. I was never able to find an address to mail the items back, nor was I able to connect with a live person -- just their stupid AI "assistant" which was less than no help. I'm angry that I spent 6 days trying to locate the address or talk to a real person but, more than that, I'm deeply disappointed that a company who promotes themselves as a faith-based clothing company is apparently just a ploy to get people like me to buy from. They should hold themselves to an even higher standard than other online retailers who make it EASY to return items for a refund or exchange. This company makes it IMPOSSIBLE to return items, so I will never purchase from them again.

I was going on my honeymoon cruise the next day ran into rainbow to pick up a couple of outfits. Got home put in my suite case went on my cruise and found sensors attached to my 4 outfits I was extremely unhappy about this I was gone for 12 days came home to return these items which was summer outfits I was told no refund just store credit. Well after this experience from this store. I never wanted to shop here again.

I ordered three shirts from this site. To start it took over a month to be delivered when it stated it would be 3-5 days. After this the quality of the shirts were terrible. One of my shirts the print was blurry. I emailed them to ask to have a refund and they were unwilling to do anything. I even sent pictures to show them how bad it was and they did not care.

Ordered my son some back to school Khaki pants. Although I sized up 2 sizes, when I received them they were too small.
If you return using the SHIPPING LABEL they provide, be aware that you will be PAYING MORE to ship them back then what you would actually pay if you shipped them using your own label! Very disappointing, will NOT be buying from this site again.

Rainbow will do anything to keep your money! Better make returns (On they're cheap clothes) WITHIN 7 DAYS! Or you get a gift card like you want more garbage! Even with a receipt. Then if you call corporate they just scream over you and then hang up on you. Damn no home training whatsoever! AS YOU CLEARLY SEE THE RECEIPT SAYS 90 DAYS! Way to rip people off!
Do not buy clothing from there ever if you value your life. I ended up hospitalized twice from their clothing. The toxic fumes are impossible to ever wash out of their fabrics. In California they even contain warning labels. They are knowingly killing people and if you ever call to question them about it you get hung up on. Whoever created this company belongs in jail for life. I'm going to open a lawsuit. I'm not the only one this affects. They are purposely killing people and causing severe illness and cancers. It's like a war.

I have been a loyal customer at Rainbow for many years but after my recent purchase, I will NEVER order from them again. I ordered a size 10 shoe and they sent me the wrong size. Fitting rooms are closed STILL due to COVID@ Rainbow Shoppes Altamonte Mall store in Altamonte Springs Florida. Insane! COVID was 4 years AGO! I left their store & approx. $200.00 in clothing. I did not purchase any clothing that I wasn't allowed to try on!

On the site the clothes look so cute but when you get them 2 months after ordering them because they come from China, the products are cheaply made and feel cheap. These sites don't tell you where they are being shipped from until you receive your tracking number. Lesson learned. Buy from known companies!
