I finally got my refund from Rail Ninja, but the process was stressful and confusing. They gave contradictory info (PSE, PayPal, Wells Fargo), sent a scam-like email, and communication was poor. Refund received, but trust lost.

El costo del servicio es algo caro, y no pude cambiar o cancelar un servicio en el mismo instante en que lo tome, reserve por otros medios mas barato y otros servicios los tomare directamente en la ciudad
