I ordered things from them, and my order was shipped missing a several items. I was notified my order was shipped incomplete or asked if I wanted to cancel the entire order. When I complained I was offered a free delivery on my next order, which I accepted. I was told the delivery fee would be taken out from the order once was placed. Obviously, they refused to return me the delivery fee. The customer support is nonresponsive. I tried to call, WhatsApp, email.

I ordered one Gucci bag on Nov 23, the status is always "Items are arriving from one of our warehouses or partner boutiques". I keep sending emails to their mailbox but got no reply at all. After I reviewing all the bad comments on this webist, I felt a little bit worried if I was cheated. Could you pls helping check my order, is it ready or run out of stock? Give me some feedback rather than your standard statement. My order number is *******!

I ordered a pair of Isabel Marant shoes and have been trying to cancel the order and suddenly got NO response from customer service. I wouldn't recommend using their website to buy anything - It feels like a scam. Going to call my credit card company to report them and try to get my money back.

Firstly, I tried to contact you by email on 30 Dec and 7 Jan while there's no reply until I comment on your company in public. Secondly, the total money 813.9GBP has already been moved from my account on 30 December. (I can send your the bank statement as a proof). As you said, if you only take a reservation of the money, the amount will be displayed in the 'pending' section rather than in my bank statement directly. Third, I understand there's a holiday between 1-3 Jan, while 5 days have passed since then it's better to inform me the process of my order rather than let the customer wait for nothing. I remembered I contacted you once through your online chat, you said the Stella Mccartney shoes will be shipped this week. Today is the last day of the week I'm afraid it's delayed again. It's a birthday gift and I'm very disappointed it's not arrived on time. Could you just give me a more accurate response when the shoes will be shipped and when the refund will be processed? Anyway thanks for your reply.

Dear Linda, while we understand your frustration we feel you are a little bit too harsh with you judgement. We contacted you through phone and email on December 30 to inform you the Stuart Weitzman boots were no longer available in the color you ordered and to offer you another color that you refused because you didn’t like it, which is totally understandable. As far as the Stella McCartney lace-ups are concerned, we are still waiting to receive them from a boutique we work with. We apologize for this delay but this is a holiday time in our country and everything is slowed down. That is also the reason why you didn’t get any refund. When you place an order on our website, we receive a charging authorization from your bank (it is only a reservation). No money is ever moved to our account until, or unless, the order ships. In your case we would charge only the amount of the Stella’s (the balance will automatically go back in your account). We have waived the shipping costs as a gesture for the inconvenience.

What is displayed on the website as being on stock is not everytime an appropriate information. Sometimes you get only after ordering the information via e-mail that ordered items are out of stock.

The quality of a shirt is just bad. The labels and logos has separated from the fabric. I have always washed the t-shirt as mentioned on the instruction label and I have never ironed it.

Considering the high prices on this site something like that must not happen after approximately 6 month wearing the shirt a couple of times and washing it maybe 3-4 times.

The t-shirt I mentioned is made in Laos

Hello Eduard, we are very sorry for the disappointment. You have to know we are intermediaries between Italian luxury boutiques and customers all over the world. When the customer places an order, we have to backorder the item to a boutique and wait for their reply. Unfortunately discrepancies can happen between our inventory and the boutique's and we find out the item is out of stock.
All of our items are 100% genuine and come from officially licensed suppliers.
One last information: even the most famous brands have their products made in Asia. Therefore it is not seldom to see on the tag that product is made in India, Laos, China, Vietnam.
Very few items are made in Italy nowadays.

Just cancelled order for Gucci shoes at Raffaello Nettwork.
I urge everybody that intends to purchase from this site, to use Paypal.
They're quick to take your payment (instantly) but very slow to give you a response.
My email confirmation of purchase was issued 24 hrs after and my shipping date took a further 5 days respectively.
This made myself anxious.
I cannot comment on the content of the goods, but they're customer service needs some help.
In contrast, "YOOX" is way better regarding the delivery of communication.
Praise to Paypal, as their customer service stated, whatever happens regarding the status of your refund you're guaranteed to be fully reimbursed within 11 days.

We are sorry for John D's disappointment but we wish to specify several details that haven't been mentioned. The order had been delayed because we noticed when we received the order that no phone number had been provided. Because phone number is essential for the success of the delivery we blocked the order and asked him to provide the number. He called us to provide it a couple of days later. It then took 48 hours for the order to be processed and shipped. The day we sent the order, John D contacted us to cancel, we therefore blocked the shipment with Fedex and refunded the payment on Paypal. Like we said to John during our phone conversation, we hope that next time things will be smoother and there won't be communication issues. We think that both sides have made their mistakes this time. The order would have been processed much faster if customer would have provided his complete data.

I just ordered a lanvin sneaker size EU 41. And have waited 4 days for a tracking number. And i still wait. I just read some reviews and found out that it has happend for a lot of people, so im now sitting hear on a black friday, and could have ordered it from another website. Get ur game up Raffaello

Hello Mads,

We are intermediaries, when you place an order on our website we then need to backorder the product to a shop with whom we work.
It takes us days to receive the product. Your order will be shipped as soon as we get the shoes and you will receive an email with the tracking number.

I cannot get through on the phone and ive sent 3 emails and still no reply. I would like to send back my order but am unable to access the form online because the links on your website do not work. Could you please send me a returns form and the DHL invoice so I pay return the item.

I order Ysl sandale and they sent to me email with order number and details about my order. After 2 or 3 hour they sent to me another email with subject "Your PayPal details missing". "The details for this order have been received, but the paypal payment has not yet been received. The order is automatically rejected by the server until the payment is made.

If you choose to continue with the order please make a payment directly from your PayPal account to ours: *******@mail.com

Once it is done please inform us through email and we will re-activate your order.

You will then receive an email confirming the receipt of payment within 12-24 hours."

I was contacted my bank and they told me that reffaello network got the payment! Also i was payed with visa credit card, so why they wrote paypal!
I think something wrong with this website!

Dear Fatima, I am absolutely sorry for this situation but this is only a misunderstanding. You have to know that, while you are on the check out page, if you select Paypal payment but change your mind and don't complete the payment procedure, we still receive an order from you. It's our policy to inform the customer about this payment failure in case they should wish to complete it. In your case, everything is fine, we received another order with the credit card payment, you simply have to ignore this email and the "twin order" will be automatically canceled.

Hello, I don't know anything of my product I've been waiting for 5 days and I haven't received the sending confirmation email! I've been sending to the page many messages and they do not respond!
