Terrible estimation formulas which don't work. If you could really estimate the costs of projects this easily then everyone would be on top.
I posted my project on Quick FPA and got a chance to interact with multiple companies around the world. I loved the job discussion forum because I got questions about my project that I hadn't even considered. I was able to get some great estimates from some of the companies that participated in the bid. I would recommend this site to anybody looking for a great start for their software project.

For years I was looking for a tool to create estimates for software projects. Quick FPA does the job really well and produces excellent documentation. Very well thought product!
The first thing to love this product is the multitude options it offers through a standardized set up. You can use this product with same level of technical expertise as a highly experienced estimator.
Use it from home/office as it is a cloud based platform. Again irrespective of any technology you use for system development(Java, Jquery, PHP, AJAX, CSS, HTML) the software supports all for estimation. The biggest benefit is that you can do multiple project estimation- as high as 10 estimates in a day with detail and analysis- your client simply cannot reject your proposal! In short it enables doing the Quickest estimate possible!
