I purchased 2 items on the same order. Waited so long for it to come I forgot about it. One of the items is wrong. I sent an email... and another... and another. When they finally responded they gave me options which included keeping what I have (which is ugly) and paying $10 to get what I ordered. I said ok fine. Now they send a link asking for $12 not $10 and not responding to my other emails I have sent. TERRIBLE. POOR SERVICE. UNTRUSTWORTHY. Take your business elsewhere

I love the style of the skirt I bought, but it very poorly made. Any seamstress knows that a zipper is suppose to be sewed from the inside of the material. The zipper is sewed from the outside of the skirt, which makes it look very poorly made. I am not pleased at all, and there is no return instructions included. No way is this skirt worth $49.00.

Do not purchase from this site, they portray themselves as being a black american seller but definitely is not. I received my items, they looked like something sewn at home, not good quality. The sizing is not correct either, XL is the equivalent of a small/medium. This company if from China and if you have to return or exchange you have to pay to ship it back to China even though they shipped the items from a Southern California address.

Sewing is horrible, material is not silky as shown, it's itchy, coch is well below knees than what's shown. Looks nothing like the product

Please ladies and gentlemen if possible do not order from this website. I have been getting the run-around about items that I purchased over two weeks ago. I reached out to them and was informed that it was sent back to them and they were going to reship it no. I haven't asked for a tracking number and updates on my shipment and I have not been getting a response. You will be taking a chance ordering from them you might get your things and you may not. It's not worth it

I placed an order on 5/19/20 and never received my order. I've sent several emails. They replied and stated that they can resend me what I ordered for an extra $13. No! I've also sent several emails asking for a refund and haven't received a response yet! Very poor customer service! Especially, after they've gotten your money! If you "confirmed" the order has been re-shipped, why does the customer need to give you their order number after the fact? How did you re-ship an order, if you didn't have the order number you requested? Doesn't make sense unless you're just replying in that manner to make it look rectified, and in actuality, didn't re-ship anything.
