I happen to buy a Alfred Angelo Sapphire collection dress and waited for the 30 days for processing and then the extra 10 days for shipping and never received the dress! I have paid around $300.00 and did not recieve a thing. I have tried to contact the company several times by email, which they never responded, then I tried to contact them by phone. The phone had been disconnected or changed. This website is a fraud! All they are trying to get is your money. If you do not believe me check the testimonials on the website. Many other people have had problems too!

Don't order from this website unless you want to waste your money. They falsely advertise Montage by Mon Cheri for a mother of the bride dress but sent me something else - wrong color, wrong material, 2 piece and should have been 1 piece but their factory says that is the way they always make that dress. They would not refund my money even though their return policy clearly states that if you are not satisfied they will refund your money within 7 days notice. They did offer to give my USD 30 back. Really, I paid them $334.00 - what good is $30 after you already wasted $304? Also, I paid with PayPal thinking i was safe. NOT. They could not get my money back either because they don't deal with this kind of thing. Whatever.

Do not by from Queen is a girl. I purchasd a wedding dress from them and the craftmanship was horrible. Lace was falling off, there was no boning in the corset upper sweatheart style, there was even a needle sworn in the dress that stuck out, sticking anyone who held the dress. I sent the money back within the seven-day full refund guarantee, and Queen is a gilr is claiming they never received it, even though they signed for it and won't refund my money. They offered me 20 bucks off the price, which I refused because I could never wear something so terrible on my very special day. Don't buy from them. You will lose your money, especially since they are in China - there's nothing you can do to get a refund!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE. I ordered a Mother of the Bride Dress, Montage by Mon Cheri. I received a half finished dress, wrong size. They would not refund my money, offered to make me a new dress, after asking me to send pictures of the dress I received to them. STILL NO REFUND OFFERED, then they offered me A$20. If I didn't accept a new dress being made. So when the new dress arrived it was the wrong size! They asked me to measure this dress, take photos and send them to them 3 times, which I did. Then they stopped ALL correspondance, 2 weeks and I have NO reply to any emails at all. ROBBERS and CHEATS DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
