Thanksgiving without an oven. Has to be his friends writing reviews because this place is horrible. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They have been to my house numerous times and over a 3 month time span still cant fix my oven. The secretary Heather seems to be annoyed when you call to ask for an update. Called numerous times today and went straight to voicemail. Decided to stop by and she was out in front smoking. Guess the nicotine is more important than answering the phone. Called Viking support and they advised using another company. Lesson learned Mike Monroe NY
