For those of you for whom a bathroom is the most important room in your house Quality Bath is the invaluable source for all your bathroom needs. My special thanks go to Aron who not only helped to find what I was exactly looking for but also made my complex order which involved shipping to Europe much simpler than I expected. This coupled with a great price turned part of my renovation project much less stressful and a real pleasure.

I purchased a large amount of items for the renovation of our new home. I recently had an issue with one of the more expensive items I had purchased. I contacted quality bath and was put in touch with Leah in after sales department. She submitted a claim on my behalf and was able to get it approved and have another one shipped out to me in less than 3 days. She was amazing! I will never buy any bath product form anywhere else! A big thank you to Leah and Josh!

I have ordered three faucets from this business (same model). Their customer service reps are very helpful; most recently, Akiva helped me customize two of the faucets to meet my size needs (he communicated with the French maker directly and arranged for a different size than normally offered). While this will take longer, I'm willing to wait for a quality product. I very much like the one already installed (prior purchase).

Placed on online order and got a personal e-mail from Ruthi warning of a super-long special order lead time for one particular item. Miri and Dov were super responsive in helping to find a suitable replacement meeting my time constraints, whole process via e-mail and phone took only a few minutes to complete - and this wasn't even a super-big order! Quality Bath will certainly be on my radar for my next remodel.

I have completed a number of renovations and typically used Fergusons. I stumbled across this site and decided to give them a shot with a bathroom remodel. Glad I did. Akiva was very helpful in quickly answering questions, giving me the best price I could find online (better than Fergusons for sure) and shipping out the items as scheduled. First part of the order was quick and I received the estimated ship dates for all other items. Will definitely use them (and ask for Akiva) again.

Delivery is consistently professional and courteous. Top notch customer service - the most recent order was handled by Dina, who I cannot rave enough about! In August 2021, we ordered a Franke Hot Water Tank and new faucet to replace our instant hot system. In January 2024, the hot water tank stop working. Qualitybath was so helpful in getting a replacement sent from Franke under warranty. Chaya in Returns was especially helpful and followed up on a timely basis. Would definitely recommend this vendor for future purchases.

I just purchased vanities from QualityBath.com for a complete bathroom remodel. QualityBath.com has a huge selection, but the website make it very simple for me to customize. I visited other websites and visited local vendors, but no one was able to match the quality, convenience, service and price.

BUT what really made my experience superb was Josh. He make the process feel very personal - which is a big relief when you're make a big purchase and you don't want to get it wrong. I wasn't expecting such individualized service from an online vendor. Thanks Josh!

It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Aron Kaufman at Quality Bath! He was prompt answering the phone, finding the product I needed, and emailing a quote with an estimated delivery! The estimated time is 1/2 of others we were quoted and his ability to clarify the precise product I needed, size and finish were on spot! I received a shower set that was missing one part from the manufacturer. Quality Bath representative Adina contacted the manufacturer and had the missing part shipped to me within days.

I utilized the site after finding a sink that fit my need (and want) for an upcoming kitchen renovation. This business had the best pricing for the sink with positive historical user reviews that allowed for confidence via online purchasing. I ended up purchasing all of my kitchen fixtures thanks to their customer rep, Akiva, who assisted me with a quote to include the additional items, (faucet, disposal, instant hot water heater) while offering competitive pricing for several of the items based on pricing from competitors. Nice selection of products, competitive pricing and great customer care. I will be back for additional fixtures as I continue to renovate my home.

Aron was very helpful in advising us as to what fixtures and finishes we needed for our bathroom remodel. He spent a lot of time creating different combinations for us and we would not have picked the right products without his help. He also made himself very available to help and was always quick to respond.

Recently I chatted with Dina who was able to call Graff in real-time so that I could receive rough valve's ahead of faucets as they are typically bundled together.

I dealt with Chaya on an issue with my faucet, she was very knowledgeable efficient and extremely courteous on the phone and thru email. Is due was quickly resolved, what a breath of fresh air in customer service!
