I have used Quadratec for all my Jeep upgrades. Their product offerings are the best and suit every budget. The quality of their products is great. The customer service is excellent. Any time I have had an issue they responded professionally and promptly always making sure my needs were met. I will continue to buy my Jeep accessories from Quadratec as they have proven to be a reliable and trust worthy company.
Your shipping options are pathetic. You and every other company that offers jeep specific parts charges customers who live in Alaska and Hawaii so much much money in shipping we end up going to other companies. Only reason I bought this part is because it was mopar and my friend down in the lower 48 can mail these TEENY TINY bolts to me cheaper than you could ship a bill. I should NEVER be charged $50 dollars to ship me two bolts that are maybe 3 inches long.
Quadratec is always great to work with, things ship out so quickly. I called in to request a new part and it was later on a Friday but a real person answered and got right with me. The part that came was not what was pictured and he apologized and got it all straightened out. Said he would put in a request for the warehouse to check that the muffler had no flange. But the second one I received also had a flange. I love Quadratec but was not satisfied with the product I received.

These CJ turn signals are JUST AWESOME! I haven't installed them yet, but they've got lenses and bulbs and plugs and everything. Am I digging them? Heck yeah! I'm glad they go the the front so they're going to be seen first when I pull up the the PAR-TAY! Rock on, Quadratec! When they legalize marriage between a man and a Jeep parts supplier, I'm bringing you a ring! You literally light up my life!
Google told me to.
Qaidratec was super easy and sent one tracking email. Would like to get a text instead of the shipping status updates, but the email with tracking worked. Just had to go back every couple of days to find it. No biggie though, just thinking about what could be helpful as a customer upgrade for the future.
Liked the website and the easiness of use. Not a bunch of searching all over the site trying to figure out how to get the product. So it was easy to use which makes a major difference.
This is the second Quadratec Plug-n-Play product and they have been amazing. The instructions are easy to follow and from a design standpoint, I think that have made every effort to offer a simple and effective product that does its job. It surprises how thought out the installation is with replacement clips and such for your access areas where other products just don't leaving you to find your own for those body panel clips that enivably break. I highly recommend this product! And Quadratec's other Plug-n-Play systems
From a previous purchase of Quadratec's Plug-n-Play AUX add-in kit for a stock radio for my 06 TJ I knew there Kits were above and beyond and now when I want upgrade my jeep I look to Quadratec first.
Everything was great but side notes, I wish it had quadratec stickers! How can I rep my new gear?

Quadratec has been great in general. Good website, fast shipping, etc. The two star rating is because the Crown door check arm does not actually fit an XJ door. (Or maybe the bolts spacing is different for some years?)

After my item was bad I sent an email and never got response then I called and waited 45 minutes to talk to someone who was nice but felt like lack of care! He said he was going to expedite my replacement part but has been 9 days and still no part's
Not happy
The Package contained two incorrectly sized locking nuts. I had to go out and buy them at the local hardware store.

1 of 2 shackles was received. I called customer service and they refunded me the missing part however this packing/shipping error caused me 2 days of delay in fixing my vehicle. So I'm not happy that the warehouse employee didn't take better care of fulfilling the order correctly.

I'm pleased with my experience with Quadratec. Currently still waiting for the Dana 30 diff. Cover before I can install the gasket but I'm sure it will fit perfectly.

Ask about the connection on trans cooler, the rep said he would contact vendor and send me answer by email. Never got the email.

I had to reset my password three times, twice with a Google recommended strong password with account updated, and still wouldn't accept it until I logged in through my Google account. I still don't know if my password is updated on Quadratec's side. UPDATE: products arrive the day after it was scheduled but I wasn't in a rush. Still arrived quicker than expected given supply disruptions. Follow-up on the order was above expectations.

Always a go to for jeep stuff
Ordering was easy. Unfortunately they sent an 07-18 JK Rampage bumper instead of steel tube doors for a 97 TJ. Customer service was very helpful getting the right parts sent quickly.

I have been a customer for twenty years, I think.
Fair, I had missing lock nuts. 5/16" rod clamps cracked into two pieces when tightened.
Called Manufacture and they offered to replace but I already had gone to Ace and bought new parts.
Highly over priced for what you get.
More in the box than expected, it comes with filler pieces to go under the boom mat, between the ridges of the hard top, this makes it a flat surface to place the actual headliner material. Only slight gripe I have is the corners of paper for the sticky backing were peeled away, but doesn't appear to have lost it's stickiness. I haven't installed yet, but may update after I have.
Great company, usually competitive on most parts.
The only reason I gave this company a 4 is because they use Fedex the WORST delivery company out there. Why would a good company like Quadratec even use a delivery company rated as 1? Fedex could careless about delivery or our packages. I truly believe you all need to look at using UPS, yeah it may cost more but you get what you pay for.
