This service is amazing if you're looking for social media likes, views or follower. It provides a safe, secure and trustable way of enhancing your social media page. It offers a variety of different services in all categories, each a different price. I've used it many times and can say each time it hasn't disappointed. Overall a great website and would definitely recommend.

About a few weeks ago, I ordered a few thousand followers through QQTube. I deposited $20 into my new account and began to start using it to get followers for my instagram account. I expected these followers to be real and authentic, as the website AND the service rep indicated they would be. The followers turned out to all be bots made a few days ago! What made it worse was I kept losing HUNDREDS of followers daily after my purchase. When I asked for a refund, the service rep ghosted me for over a week. I then filed a dispute and the owner accuses me of fraud? Terrible company, don't buy from them.

It appears you have our company confused with some other company. The use of bots in the delivery method for services on our site is prohibited. All of our services come with a refill guarantee, which means if the service you purchased drops a refill or refund would be issued. We respond to all support tickets in 12 hours or less and most order issues are resolved within 24 hours. Any time a refund for an account balance is requested our Accounting Department starts the process in less than 24 hours. If you filed a dispute that would have been handled by our Accounting Department, not by our company owner. Our company owner does not ever communicate with customers. It's unfortunate that you had a bad experience, but based on the information in your review it must have been a different company you ordered from and not QQTube.

I used the QQTube service for my company's social media accounts for the past 5 months. Initially, during the first 3 months, everything was smooth and satisfactorily. Along came 4th month and onwards when their deviations start popping up: Drops more than 5 or even up to 20 occur in every 2-3 days, some requests take more days than the usual to fill in the order etc. Then the worst came: they cannot resolve a consistent dropping of numbers from their delivery even if I had to report it to them repeatedly almost every other day. Such a waste of time and money! Not really worth signing up, better look for another which are more functional and reliable than this.

As we have explained via support ticket communication, there have been ongoing Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok updates that are purging many profiles used to deliver services. QQTube is a middleman bringing together buyers and sellers. We offer many services from a variety of providers and all new services are rigorously beta-tested (by QQTube customers) before being enabled for paid orders. Any time we detect a problem with a service or mass drops we immediately disable that service. I can understand your frustration with any service that drops and we know the effect this has on your profile. I can assure you if this was something we could prevent or detect in advance we would. The only solution for us would be to never offer Instagram, Twitter and TikTok services. This is not a problem that only affects us, every company in this industry is faced with the same problems. However, what sets us apart from other companies, is that we will immediately disable a problem service; we will either refill or issue a refund to customers who have orders that drop; we will not enable a new service until it has been tested.

QQTube voided my deposit & canceled my order "due to payment risk considerations with their credit card processor" the same day I signed up. When I tried to use their free credit for new signups, it was also rejected saying it had "already been used". Mind you I was a brand new client, never used them before, ever. When I emailed an inquiry to resolve my issue, I was told that I had multiple accounts linked with my email (which is completely false) and therefore they would only accept cryptocurrency from me as payment for any future purchases. RED FLAG Do not do business with these scammers.

Regarding the Free offer, again, without having the email address for the account used to register your account I can't address your specific issue. However, we do have a security system in place that can detect linked accounts that might have already used our Free offer. This is in place to protect our company from people that might open multiple accounts in an effort to place multiple free orders. I'm not suggesting that is why your Free offer was rejected, but when we get some additional information from you we can further investigate what the situation was.

I tried depositing but after i paid, the closed my account without refunding the money i gave them. It was only $10 so i will let it go. Hope that can help a bit in feeding their families.
About the 1k free views when you sign up, thats also a BIG lie. After they ask you to follow their twitter and subscribe to their newsletter, they will say you already have availed of their free offers even though it was your first time signing up for their service.

It is very possible your account was closed if our system detected fraud. However, we have never kept a deposit in cases like this. Any time an account is closed for fraud the deposit is either completely rejected by our Credit Card processor or the funds are refunded back to the customers credit card - either way the funds go back to the customer's credit card. I'm not sure how you claim "It was only $10 so i will let it go", if you thought we were stealing your $10, you could have simply filed a dispute with your credit card company. We are the most honest and respected company in this industry, so your message "Hope that can help a bit in feeding their families" is extremely insulting to us. Again, if you thought we were keeping your $10 after closing your account you could have disputed it with your credit card company - so you can see how ridculous this statement and review is.
If your account was closed for fraud, you would not have been able to place an order for our Free service. We actually process over 100 Free orders daily for customers that qualify for the Free Service Offer.

Regarding not receiving your refund back to your original form of payment, as we explained when we refunded the balance in your account, once we initiate the refund process it can take up to 5 business days (which does not include Saturday and Sunday) for our payment processor and your card company to complete the process of the refund to your account. Once we start the refund process on our side we have no control over how quickly your credit card company completes their part of the refund process. I would suggest you contact your credit card company if you still have not received the refund. As you can see by the transaction report in your screenshot the refund was initiated on our side.

4) What kind of accountability you are refering to? If you made a deposit with us and you feel we did not fully deliver services paid for you could have disputed the deposit with your credit card company - that would hold us accountable and would have nothing to do with the country we are located in.

Without having specific information about your account I can't address your specific complaint. However, I can give you general information about why accounts are flagged for potential fraud and why accounts are closed.
We've been in business since 2013 and we process hundreds of payments to fund accounts daily. It is because of our company's very good reputation that we are a target for frauders. We have challenges every day with people making deposits into their QQTube accounts with stolen credit cards and then we are faced with disputes that damage our company’s reputation and cost us money that can not be recouped. When we accept a payment from a stolen credit card, the customer then places orders with those funds. It cost us money to deliver those services. Then, within a few days, the card is reported stolen and we receive a credit card chargeback from our credit card company. Those funds are immediately removed from our account and we are also hit with a Chargeback Fee. At this point we lose the deposit, we are charged the Chargeback Fee, and we've spent money and time to deliver the service that were ordered, but we have no funds to cover the cost involved in processing orders.
Because of this ongoing and continued attempted fraud, we have a very strict risk assessment processes when accepting credit card payments. We immediately cancel and refund card payments from customers who have a risk profile that exceeds the standards set by our company along with our merchant card processor. And in many cases accounts are closed. This not only protects our company but it protects people that have their credit cards stolen. We are in no way insinuating that you were using a stolen credit card, this is simply an explanation about why we have such strict risk measures in place.
If your risk profile exceeded an acceptable risk level when you tried to make your deposit, it would have been canceled/voided and it's possible your account was closed.

From what I've seen from other potential customers and myself. They have some "fraud" alert they prevents anyone from opening an account. My account was banned within an hour and that hour I was sleep. Not sure what I could've done in that hour while I was waiting for my account to be verified. Even contacted support with no help. *You were not double charged. You made one, $10 deposit on January 22. On January 23, you opened a support ticket claiming you were double charged and our Accounting Department responded to you less than 12 hours later letting you know that only 1 deposit was made for $10 and they sent you a transaction report from our credit card processor showing you only one, $10 deposit.
*I'm sorry you feel our customer support staff was rude. We always strive to offer exceptional customer support. However, it became necessary for us to take a firm approach in responding to the multiple support tickets that you opened within a 24-hour timeframe complaining about your order processing. You were upset that your order didn't start instantly and we had to repeatedly explain to you that the service you placed your order for had a 0 to 12 hour start time, which means it could take up to 12 hours to start processing. The service start time and delivery speed were clearly explained on the New Order page before you placed your order, but you seemed to be confused about what was to be expected. Your order was started and fully delivered in less than 24 hours, which was exactly as it should have been.
*After multiple messages back and forth with you, we made the decision to fully refund your order and the funds were refunded back to your original form of payment.
