Do not go near this company. When we went for a lucrative contract, we basically got turned down as they're not recognised accredited certificates. The company are accredited by a body called ASBC. They are not recognised by government or industry standards outside of their own remit. At best it's in house training for your company and that's as far as it goes. Since we have tried to cancel we have been hounded for huge cancellation fees for a 10 year contract, that our member of staff was not aware of. Apparently they do offer shorter terms but they're never offered, so I assume the ten carries more commission. They also have hard sales on other so called iso. They don't look at your company to actually see if you need them or not, it is just a hard sell. We cancelled a course once we found out they weren't recognised and now we are being bullied for for payment, even though it was never used. To have an accredited certificate you must have an independent body, come to your premises and legitimise what you claim your practices are. Qms/citation do not do this. So if you get a company come to you with Qms/citation certificate, it tells you they have basically took that companies word for it. We had a zoom meeting with Qms/citation. I had a professional accreditor with me who told them their certificates are not accredited; they could not deny it.
