I've never written a bad review in my life until now with my experience with QEEQ. This is a SHADY operation with extremely distrustful partners, including Right Cars in Fort Lauderdale. I paid for the car rental and insurance upfront. After waiting an hour to be picked up and driven way off site to an industrial part of town, there was no human on site to register - just a TV screen with employees who appeared to be in another country. The guy picking up in front of me went in the booth who and proceeded to become irrate with the person on the TV. He came out saying this is a shady operation and he will not be picking up his car. I then went in myself for the exact same experience. After taking photos of my credit card and driver's license with a little camera (which felt like I was being scammed) they wanted $500+ on top of what I already paid QEEQ. I refused the fee as I already paid and walked out. The whole bus of people I arrived with left back to the airport to find another car. I booked with Dollar. Since the incident I've been back an be forth with QEEQ respectfully explaining the situation and advising the should not be partners with Right Cars. I'm extremely concerned with who now has pictures of my ID and credit card. I stopped using the credit card and now will cancel. QEEQ is refusing to refund my payment, spouting some BS about my personal insurance being refused which makes zero sense. I PREBOUGHT INSURANCE THROUGH QEEQ. My personal insurance is not even related to the booking! I could have picked up the car if I was willing to pay 3x the original cost. This is NOT the service I purchased and will be putting a charge back through MasterCard. DO NOT BOOK QEEQ!

Qeeq is great if you're looking for a company to just donate money to. If you're looking to get rid of your money, then they will gladly take it off your hands. Just as long as you don't expect them to actually take responsibility if something goes wrong.
Almost two months ago I tried to rent a car from Thrifty through Qeeq. I arrived at the rental agency at 9:30PM, only to see the longest line that I've seen in my life outside of Disneyworld. After flying halfway across the world and having slept only four hours in the past 48 hours and none in the past 26, I now had to spend another three hours on my feet. Only after three hours, an agent came out to inform the people that they're out of cars. I was stranded at the airport at 1AM with no way of getting to the hotel. Given the time and my physical and cognitive condition after the last two days, I just had to take the first taxi out of there. After having slept a few hours, I was able the next morning to get a cheaper taxi back to the airport (now the line was "only" one hour long) to pick up the car that I should have gotten the night before, although I had to completely reschedule the meetings that were the purpose of my trip in the first place. Together, the two taxis amounted to $100. Furthermore, because I was in a hurry, I didn't notice that Thrifty added a charge for insurance, despite me having already gotten it and paying for it when I made the reservation.
When I contacted Qeeq, they were very polite and courteous, but completely useless. They started asking for documentation within a couple of days. They first asked to see the added insurance charge, but told me that I would need to discuss with the rental agency themselves when I returned the car. As it happened, I was running late and didn't have time to dispute the charge so that I wouldn't miss my flight.
A week after the rental, they asked me for the receipts that I had already sent them previously, but I hadn't heard back from them until 10 days later and only after I had sent them an angry letter to see what they've done with my case. It was then that they informed me that the rental agency agreed to not charge me for the day of rental that I lost (although to this day, almost two months after the rental, I still haven't gotten that money back), but didn't say anything about the expenses that I incurred because they left me stranded at the airport at 1AM.
After more than a month that this still hasn't been resolved (Qeeq says that it tries to resolve issues within 20 days – yeah, right!) and only after I threatened to take legal action, then they realized they needed more documentation, which apparently they didn't know about before I lost my patience with them. I sent them the new documents, but it took them nearly a week to even open them, because it was only then that they told me that one of the documents wouldn't open. I sent it back to them four days ago and still haven't heard back from them.
Ultimately, Qeeq's responsibility is only to take your money. But if any problems arise then all they will do is jack and $#*!. After all, it's your money, not there's. If you value your money, never EVER hire Qeeq.
