I have bough multiple i items (top end machine attack handlebar kit, black dragon ignition, plastics, the list goes on) from pw only an have had no problems with shipping or installation. I think they are a fantastic company and love what they do for the little ones wether it be the rider of the month, coloring contests, free shirts and hats. Great company. There is no one else that operates this way.

I ordered parts in Aug 21- 30 days later I call, was told it would be 2 weeks. Call back 3 weeks after, told they would check order and return call- never did. Now they won't even answer their phone. I have a claim in w/paypal to get my $$ back from these rip off artists!

Do not ever buy from these people!!

I have contacted via email and phone multiple time with no repsonse, they dont even answer the phone. Now im out an additional 40 dollars on graphics for my sons pw. Has anyone else had this problem with them? I will not be a retuening customer to this site.

Ordered parts that were promised to ship in the next two weeks. Six weeks later i called and asked for partial shipment of parts that were in stock. They never showed. Now over 2 months later I have requested a refund twice and he refuses to do so. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

By far the worst customer service i have ever experienced! If you like China parts that don't fit right or don't work at all, and wanted to get hung up on or get treated like a second class citizen this is your spot! Problem after Problem with this place

Don't waste your time dealing with PWOnly.com, MoriniFrancoUSA.com, DeNardisEngines.com, Motomx.com, Blackdragonignition.com or any other dirt bike parts supplier with the same contact phone number as these websites. Terrible customer service rep, worst I've ever dealt with in my life. Ordered parts online, called in regards to estimated delivery and shipping details and was hung up on. A week and a half of trying to contact the guy for details on the parts I paid for, 30 calls later he finally gives the phone to a lady who tells me they cant get the parts and they will refund my money. Word of warning, don't waste your time, read the reviews on the above websites and you'll quickly learn, customer service is garbage, parts are crap, lead time is long and overall they are useless. Would rather burn my kids bike than deal with the useless F**K that answers the phone for these guys.

These guys are clowns plain and simple. Crap parts that don't fit and don't work properly and no way they are taking anything back on warrant. Save yourself the headache and money and source your own stuff or just by 50sx. Horrible business. Hope these scammers get shut down!

I bought all new plastics and a graphics kit from these guys back in December to clean up my sons pw50. The graphics don't line up with any of the curves of the plastics, the rear fender sticks up about an inch above the tail section of the frame and the seat didn't fit on the bike. I half expected figment to be an issue with how cheap the parts were so I shrugged it off and figured you get what you pay for. Fast forward to today (about 8 months later). And we haven't even run a full tank of gas through it, I notice the tank is empty and fill it up, there is a large crack in the bottom of the tank where the fuel line connects to it. So I email them just to see if there is a possibility of exchanging it (I didn't really expect there to be but figured I would ask). I didn't get a reply, so I decided to call the number on the website. The guy who answered the phone was rude and seemed very irritated that I would even ask about exchanging it and said no returns after 14 days and he didn't even seem to care that the product was defective. I have a friend that purchased from them also and had all the same figment issues with his plastics. I realize the stuff was bought a while ago, but a simple "I'm sorry the parts are past their return window". Would have been fine with me, but I can't stand bad customer service and being rude. I have worked in the motorcycle industry for about 14 years, I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to do business with this guys

The guy in Naples FL is an A-hole. He not only shills for PW only, but Black Dragon also.
Took two weeks to get the part. NEVER AGAIN!
Needed the part for a race, They refused to expedite the item. Would not overnight the part. Never sent any tracking info.

Do not order from this company. Poor service to say the least. Order parts after calling to confirm details and was told that parts were what I was looking for. However upon receiving the parts wrong ones. Also when called to confirm person on the phone was rude and poor customer service. When calling back again to confirm return policy all I got was it is on the website and another rude sales person. Not impressed at all. Must not want business. Never again. Hope this helps others.

This week I had my first and last purchase with PWonly. I ordered a new seat assembly from them. I was disappointed when it arrived with a big wrinkle in the side where the vinyl had not been stretched properly. I thought no big deal I'll just call them and get this straightened out. That's where it really got bad. I talked to the rudest customer service rep ever. After I explained the issue and that I wanted an exchange he told me that if I paid the return shipping they would take a look at it. I asked why I was paying return shipping on a defective item and was told that It was not their responsibility to pay it. He said nobody does that! Then he suggested that I fix it myself. Finally to make this buying experience really special he hung up on me. I emailed PWonly and 50ccmoto both and sent pictures. NO RESONSE. That was a big surprise. I started reading the reviews and realized I'm not the only one they have hosed over. I just wished I had read them before making a purchase. Never again.

Don't buy from them. They don't care about the customer only the customers money.

I know this is long but please read if you are thinking about buying anything from this website

I purchased big bore carburetor kit from PWONLY to beef up my buddys sons minibike. The product showed up fast, purchasing process was fine and generally a pleasant experience.
That is where the fun ends. I sent emails asking about this carburetor and some specs on it since the issues getting it running right are beyond what you should have to do with a brand new part. This review is in direct response to me emailing them asking for an answer on all this nonsense. I mentioned a few other issues with their lying website to show my disgust with how they say and show you one thing to get you to buy things, but what you get and how it installs is vastly different. Not to mention wording things to deceive you to get you to buy things you DO NOT NEED to use this product. Allow me to list them below

1. In the description for what I purchased says exactly " This bolt on carb kit ". Bolt on means take old one off, bolt new one on and you are done. No tuning, adjustments, etc should be needed. The bike will not run correctly. You cant find any info on the website, on the "manufacture website" (by the way, its the same frigging email for PWonly part orders as the manufacturer, how convenient) I emailed them not realizing they were the same and zero response to me on my issue... thats foreshadowing folks! Keep on reading!

2. What I ordered was NOT what was in the website picture. There were two parts missing/ very much altered when It arrived and I didn't pay any attention to it until all this nonsense started. Specifically where the choke cable attaches and the throttle cable. The picture showed that it came with the throttle cable tube/ guide and that it came with the setup to use the existing choke cable(or maybe an aftermarket cable). NOPE. Those pieces were NOT given and the "directions " that the website gives for installing this carb is how to take the old "handlebars" off your old carburetor and then modify your new BOLT ON carburetor! That is what the link shows. How to alter you brand new bolt on carburetor! BUT WAIT THERES MORE! That is ALL the support and specifications you get. How to hit old parts you install on your new parts and then to literally say " dont mess up, you only have 2" The choke cable is a major MAJOR issue. The plunger style that comes with it works. But due to the location and inability to use a cable you cannot grab, twist and lift without unbolting the seat/rear fender. The picture shows a nice neat new tube where your cable is to be mounted.

3. The last deception here is by the quantity/ little add on's are for this item. It says " this kit requires an oil pump plug". NO it 100% does not. This carburetor is not to be used with a FUNCTIONING oil pump. Their wording it to get you to buy their overpriced oil pump plug. You can disconnect the oil pump and mix your gas and problem is solved. Pretty much what most people do when the oil pump dies or they just want to premix the gas. I bought one thinking I needed theirs. Lesson learned.

The kicker to this whole story is this. I took screen shots of what the website looked like when I purchased this product before I sent them the last scathing email. The current website now shows the piece of S*** I purchased how it will show up to your door. To step it up a notch they must have had their top Paint Shop user alter the old pic. It is poorly doctored. Atleast i used paint to point things out an high definition circles and lines arent needed to show the issues.

But this is just my opinion, there is no way someone read my email, became nervous about lying about their products and changed the website like those issues never existed.

All I wanted out of this is for the carburetor to function as described. I am going to try to file a complaint somehow to the state. I am unsure if that can even be done or how to even go about doing so, but you can bet i will be looking into it. This is my only way to let people know and make it known.

I wanted to order a part that I didn't see on their site they walk me through it and found it for me and took their time for me over the phone the answer the phone to begin with and they even sent a free t-shirt and the product got here within 5 days because I ordered it on a weekend I would definitely buy from these people anytime for my PW50 for my son they were very helpful polite and I would order anytime from them
