I bought the wrong size base shaper and was able to exchange it without any problems! I purchased this at the time of Hurricane Irma when Florida was being evacuated AND they were still responding to my messages about my return! NOW THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I discovered this company from their really good reviews! I like their fair prices! I didn't want to buy just anything that would turn out to be a waste of money! I'm very happy with my base shaper and would buy from them again! The shadows on the pictures are from my overhead lights. Pictures are of my purse with the base shaper, front of shaper, back of shaper.
