Highly recommended to all sellers! We are selling our house with PurpleBricks right now and it feels wonderful to only pay $499.- instead of being "robbed" by listing brokerage/agent who would provide exactly the same service (nothing more) but charge huge amounts in commissions for just sitting & waiting in the market where houses sell themselves. Listing Brokerages and their agents wouldn't let the owner deal with private buyers but if the listing is with PurpleBricks you get chance to deal with them yourself and don't have to pay any commissions if the sale happens. You can choose the amount of commission you are willing to pay selling brokerage (don't mind paying if somebody actually works) and you can cancel your listing any time with no penalties and remaining balance of $2,000.- is payable only when the house sells. Got few showings scheduled already and feeling very pleased with the process!

We put our house on the market just after Labor day, 2018. We had several showings in the first two weeks. We accepted an offer to purchase our home within those two weeks.

Brilliant company! Managed to sell one of our houses within 24 hours! Saved us thousands on fees with no commission! Conveyancer is a tiny bit more expensive to one not affiliated with the company, but well worth the money. You can defer paying for 10 months interest free by using their conveyancer! So it's swings and roundabouts! Plus the solicitor does everything through an easy to use app. Purplebricks also have an app too which makes booking viewings etc. as easy as child's play!

Pictures and valuation were done with days of instruction. The advert was live that same night at 9.40pm. Advert looked great, was able to suggest updates and alter pictures using their app. We had someone pop in to see our tenants, who rang us to pop over and they begged us to sell the property to them before the official viewings had even started! We had 8 people fighting over the property, but we went with the original couple as a hand shake and a promise is a promise I'd never break, no matter what!

I swear it sold so quick due to the great photos and descriptions of each room and overall for the property and area!

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, I think reading the negative reviews sometimes people want everything for nothing, which is impossible. This company do most things for you, but I love being able to do the viewings myself as I am an expert in our properties, so being able to do this saves you a fortune!

I personally think Purplebricks excel at what they do, especially for the low cost!

I would like to start by saying that never did I imagine that the home purchase "process" could be so gratifying and supportive as it was thanks to the help of Matt Leibman from Purple Bricks. As you can imagine as a first-time home purchaser with my wife, you read all the horror stories about maneuvering the real estate minefield, but this was not the case. It all started by placing an email request through the Purple Bricks website on a Saturday Morning about a property we saw on their page. I remember telling my wife "don't expect to get a call back it's the weekend", as I finished the sentence my phone rang, and it said, "hi it's Matt Leibman from Purple Bricks, how can I help". He was in San Diego at a wedding and took the time to call us back and set up an appointment to view the property. At our first meeting we were still hesitant and scared, a home purchase is a huge financial commitment, but Matt again calmed our nerves by saying "don't worry you are just here to see the home, there is no rush, the right home will eventually come". With that began his support and guidance and did not stop with finding the right home for us but also guiding us through the financing process and advocating for us when our loan officer was not being responsive and clear with our interest rate. His non- overbearing, no pressure tactics were wonderful. He was honest and pointed out issues in properties that would not benefit us. Not once did I have to wait more than a few minutes to get a reply from him via text, email, phone, etc. I truly believe Matt does not sleep and if he does he probably takes power naps. He answered all my 1001 questions and was happy to answer more. We owe a lot to Matt, beyond offering him and his family an open invitation to our home and unlimited access to all our fruit trees, the least we can do is share our experience is a few words to express our gratitude and although not everything can be captured in a few words just know, what you read in this review is just a small fraction of what Matt did for us.
