I have never had a reason to be upset with Purity Products.
I was concerned about the auto fill process.
When ever we get a little backed up on product I simply call and tell then how long to wait for the next delivery and it is taken care of. The process was recently automated so you do not even have to talk to a person. The computer even takes care of your oversupply by delaying the next delivery until you tell the computer that you need it!
I like ordering from the monthly specials tab from Purity Products. They have amazing deals and they only carry quality product. They have been around since 1993 and are still doing great business which tells me everything I need to know:)
