“Damaged costume and poor response from PureCostumes.”

The dress we ordered for my daughter's school curriculum day was delivered with a large hole down the front. When I called the only assistance customer service would offer me was to send me a return shipping label to refund me once the damaged item was returned to their warehouse. I'd then need to place a second order for a replacement dress paying full price for the dress and shipping. However, now that we are just a week out from the school event I will now need to pay for rush shipping the insure the replacement dress arrives on time. They would not even offer to credit the difference in the rush shipping on the second order! This a terrible company!

I bought a carnival costume on january 12 with guaranteed delivery on 28 january but nothing is arrived yet. I paid for tracking shipment but they don't update the shipment and I don't know where is my order. INCREDIBLE BAD! They have completely ruined my carnival because it's too late to buy something else. It's really the worst experience I've ever had! Shame! STAY AWAY!
