I ordered the special priced Pure Sleep with Refill Packets. I'm recently married and we go back and forth between our two houses. It's nice to have Pure Sleep at both places. I love the product. Best sleep assistance I've ever used. No hangover feeling in the morning. I just feel rested and ready for the day.
Ordered and paid in full almost a year ago, but never got my order. There was some issues with their carrier and the order was returned to Pure Bulk after several months in damaged condition from their carrier. The last message i got from support was that i was not getting a refund and i had to fix the issue myself with their carrier. I did not receive any items from them.
Unfortunately the product did not promote sleep for The experience of a16 year old associate with support of his family is that after 2 nights substituting pure sleep for several Benadryl, claims that the product kept him awake. I know he may not have given Pure Sleep a fair chance after only 2 nights but wanting sleep he quit in favor of Benadryl because he knows that bad choice works for him here & now.
Spent hours trying to get a single order to go through. $234.74
You Were closed on Saturdays and I could not get any help.

For the second time I've gotten the wrong item added to my order and something taken off. Its my fault if course for not going over an invoice emailed to me later, but I know what I ordered, I just did it. Often it seems the system will recognize they are out of an amount of something and you get something else. I only use them because pure bulks website search engine is way lame, & PB is faster, but I pay in the end for being in a hurry. Double check your invoice. Like who orders 2 packs of HMB and not just a larger one? But they have the gall to tell you to mail it back and they will exchange it. Vegas people, that's why I moved away from that **ithole!

They charge for shipping that takes FOREVER so shipping should be free. I ordered on 21 OCT to MD here it is 27 OCT and my order is in transit om the west coast. Nonesense.
I have been buying from your business for years and have never been able to get an account created. I receive the confirmation emails and follow them back to the page, but always receive a "password retrieval error" message.
What's the deal with the "spend more than 9$ to 'qualify' for free shipping?" I didn't qualify how?
I had to use a dif credit card. Would not let me place an order with my regular one. I have no problem with my CC on any other sites.
When finishing order was informed my address did not match. As I have used this card before on this site and my address has not changed I phoned the CC company and verified. Then triple checked address by typing it in again. Eventually had to use a back up card.
It stresses me when a site has a problem on their end with keeping my CC details straight. Unacceptable.

I have an account with you. I enter my email address and do the forgot password. The link sent does nothing to help me reset the password so I continue as a guest. I would like to be able to reset my password but this is the 3rd time I have visited and have had to checkout as a guest.
Notwithstanding the challenging situation posed by COVID-19, PureBulk performed poorly in comparison to other vendors. Delays of many weeks were encountered during processing and delivery. Communications were poor and costs were high. I will not be using PureBulk again.
I tried to sign in, it said my info was invalid. I asked to redo my password. It said that info to reset was sent to my e-mail, it wasn't. So I bought as a guest. Wasted 15 minutes.
It said I qualified for free shipping but then charged me 4.99.

Hello, I nearly had a cyber meltdown while shopping your site. A re-order option would be extremely helpful. Also, providing ETA's for sold out items or backorder option appreciated.
I forgot my password-I ordered before.I clicked on "If you forget your password" and got a link in my email. The link took me right back to the login without providing a temp password, so I was stuck without a password again. Very frustrating.

You have an incredibly difficult sign in method. I tried repeatedly to sign in, register as a new customer. Your system would not take my password and when clicking on the help it just took me back to the signing page. Fine;y had to place my order as a guest. I've ordered from pure bulk for years but this is nuts. There was no mistake in give this procedure 2 stars. I think that was generous.
Very good site, and supplements but the shipping is very expensive!! I order a lot from iherb and can get delivery ti Australia very cheap, a few bucks, here its $20 American or $32 Australian very expensive!!! it makes me wonder if any bulk savings are eaten up in the expensive shipping price!! I may not order again because of this!!
