We bought a reflective dog collar at this website. It is called the Prisma Magnetic Collar. The first day our dog wore the collar, it fell off. When the dog scratches or plays with our other dog, the magnetic collar comes apart. In the time we have owned this collar (a few months) the collar has come off about ten times. We now use a wide rubber band to hold the magnetic clasp together. I gave the product a 3-star (of 5) review, because of this issue. Te site owner immediately took down my review and basically said I had to simply loosen the collar a little, which is nonsense. WHY BOTHER HAVING PRODUCT REVIEWS IF YOU DELETE ANY THAT ARE NOT 5-STARS? The guy is willing to sell a defective product, just to make more money.
