Services and support was great. As a first user, I'll recommend to advise the user with the receiving port rules since had to work on different documents such as Bill of Lading, Certificate of tax payment and vehicle pick-up authorization. Thanks...
Stay away from this company if at all possible! I used them to get my vehicles brought to the island from the mainland. Puerto Car Transport uses Crowley (another trash company) for the actual transport. I did exactly as instructed in every way. My truck was damaged in transport. I reported it, made photos showing fresh damage when I picked it up, filled out all of the necessary claim forms, but still was denied reimbursement for damages. They told me my truck was damaged prior to transport. I fought with them for several months, sending photos proving the damage was done after I left my truck at the port in Jacksonville,FL. They continued to deny coverage for the damage to my truck through the insurance that I bought through their company. Eventually, they just ignored my calls. I then went directly to Crowley (a shipping monopoly in Puerto Rico) and got the same run around. STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE.
Communication is fairly quick. Contact was very efficient and clear.

Entire staff was professional, courteous and helpful.
What we didn't appreciate were some of the company policies. For example, being closed during lunch time and not being open on Saturday-either in San Juan or in Jax.
Not being very clear regarding some of the paperwork was also a stressor for us.
Some of the policies are 'government-related' so not much company can do.
Easy enough, even for a beginner. Wished the drop-off location and instructions were clearly explained before booking.
This is the only company that follow up with our request. Having there is to do things through the Internet made a differenCe.
Everything about the process was easy! It was actually harder to get the paperwork together! The only thing was that it took a week longer for my car to arrive so keep that in mind when you schedule your shipping. Besides that everything else was great! I loved that they dropped it off at my school!
First, I called it several times an never I can't talk with any representative. They put me on hold but never came back. Second, do not have enough Spanish speakers personal. But thanks for your online service.
It will be great to know at the beginning that without vin number you can't do the reservation to not put effort filling the form.
The transport involved a truck transport from Indianapolis to Jacksonville----now taking place. I have not heard yet if the car is in Jacksonville----waiting anxiously.
Then would like to know when it is boarded on the boat for San Juan.

Shipping a car from Puerto Rico is an extensive ordeal. Details about the shipping process is not explained in the website such as storage fees, license plates, insurance, etc. However, consultant is available to answer any question.
I was satisfied with the process. It was easy and quick. I am still a bit skeptical but I am sure I'll feel better when the car his finally here.
Customer service by PR car transport was excellent. Can't say the same thing about Crowley PR Operations. Florida Crowley service was excellent.
This is the second time i transport a car with PR transport, they have a very good price and the fact that they take my car home makes my life so much easier. Had a hard timw getting in touch with them over the phone sometimes, but they answered all mt questions an address all my problems!
I think that is Excellent way to ship my truck very easy on line. I like to know cost at the Port to get my truck out.
