I am writing this review of an employee at public storage #*******. We have had storage units for years at this location. Delores is the kindest, most efficient person i have ever met. Moving items in and out of the units is time consuming and an arduos and stressful task. Many times delores has made our efforts easier with her advice. Public storage is fortunate to have delores as an employee.

Bernice was super friendly and profession and helpful with a problem an excellent person to have as part of your team

We moved up to help with Mom so our stuff was in storage for a couple years. We recently moved our things out, and Beth at the Hixson 153 location was so helpful and had great advice for us.

My experience with public storage in West valley Ut was great better than I had expected. Thanks to the manager Molly she was so helpful and kind I can't express my appreciation enough for all her help.

She is so conscientious is that when she's working in the yard or upstairs at the storage facility she leaves a note on the window with her telephone number personal number so you can reach her

Diana is wonderful to deal with. She is always businesslike and personable and goes well above and beyond to assist renters with any problems they may have. She was very helpful to me personally in helping me decide which size unit would work the best. Diana really is a Godsend in that she remains positive and helpful at all times. Not just during initial rental period. I am confident no matter what the issue might be, Diana is more than capable of handling the situation and finding a solution

The staff at Public Storage on Santa Rita and efficient, very helpful and super friendly! I have had plenty of storage units over the years and have always come back to them.

I was renting a storage unit for my company in Denver and Brenda helped me all the way through the process. She was very professional, helpful and friendly.

This location is very convenient and manager Jim is most helpful. My unit was clean and I felt my belongings were er secure and safe.

Roger was so helpful and during my move-out. Although I'm thrilled to have my things again, I would definitely rent at this facility again if I needed to.
