Well deserved ***** Grade 1 +++: Very accommodating seller (after the first order, the spare part *went missing* in the house; after I ordered again, it appeared again 🙈, so I had to make use of my right of withdrawal because it had become obsolete; + TOP quality, I can attest that the replacement battery is of very good quality, now 3 hours of mobility are guaranteed instead of 10 minutes; + extremely pleasant communication in the event of a return; despite my mistake, the refund went smoothly and completely (^_^)b Some adivce: If battery doesn`t work, ask for refund and send back, that is why you have a warranty law in each country 💁🏻
The battery came after 3 months, I installed it and it stoped working after a week, I took my computer to a professional and it's not a software issue, but a battery issue, the battery is fit for my computer but doesn't work. I tried to contact client services but they are completely ignoring me, I sent 4 emails and it's been 3 weeks, no answer, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I basically lost 70€ (54€ of the battery + 16€ in customs). I am very disappointed and feel like I've been robbed. I want my money back or a replacement :(
I bought a battery for an Asus laptop, but the battery was held up for a long time at customs and I had to pay fees to receive it, but the company Battery.pt refunded me the value.

I bought a charger and battery combo. The charger worked perfectly. The battery wasn't quite what I needed. Nevertheless I was issued a refund and got to keep the battery, since it was faulty.
The customer service although a bit slow it was effective and a delight to work with.
Tip for consumers:
Depending on where you are shipping might take a while seeing as it comes from asia. But everything arrived in good conditions!

Thanks for your order&trust. Due to covid-19 protection and typhoon, HK flights were descreased. The delivery time may be delayed, normally it takes about 16working days to reach your home.
Products arrived in perfect condition. Cordial and responsive costumer support. Be aware that, in the current pandemic situation, delivery can be slower than usual.
