I have been a Customer with Psychz for a very long time, I have learned how their DDoS mitigation Works. Their Mitigation is a self managed solution so you have to setup the Mitigation yourself Basically their DDoS Protection really works when its setup on your Dedicated Server, Their Customer Support is a little slow but they get the job done over the phone or in a ticket, I would highly Recommend it to any person who may need a DDoS Solution or a Storage Dedicated Server They are a little expensive but storage is dirt cheap with them
Had nothing but issues with this company's unbelievably rude and obnoxious customer service. I've been with them over 2 years, have servers in multiple locations and have given them a lot of business. Jimmy Lu is the most unprofessional rep I have ever come across in this industry and there's no close second. He responds with the most useless and careless, most obvious careless attitude offering zero solution for the problems his company actually caused (very often too). I would stay far away from them. Their positive reviews are rumored to be "bought" and their customer service is abysmal. Recent experience, server goes down with major packet loss. Waited over 24 hours and the only response is a lie that there is no suitable replacement. No response to the ticket for nearly 24 hours after I asked them to UPGRADE to a dual CPU that showed 'in stock' online and the response I got from Jimmy was merely trying to get me to cancel all my remaining servers. This guy is a piece of work and obviously has some "issues". Disgraceful and ungrateful and unprofessional. Shame on you Jimmy Lu from disgraceful Psychz Network.

Make sure that you know how to setup their DDoS Mitigation don't expect their DDoS Mitigation to be automatically setup like most providers
make sure to take backups unless you have their backup plan

Staff offer many helps and thoughtful for us. they help us save a lot of money!
Since they offer un-managed service by default. Needs to pay a bit extra to get fully managed service. If tight on money, needs to monitor own services & reply to their emails. If money isn't issues, must get their fully managed service. Worry free!

They monitor status and report and offer options to you.
Needs to pick or provide solutions to them on how to resolve issues.
When it comes to hosting, network quality matters and Psychz is always able to delivery quality service. Their network engineer is able to work with us and make sure our routes are optimized across their US and Europe data centers. When we have issues, the support guys respond to us within 5-10 minutes and help us resolve the issue. If you want faster support, I recommend using their ticket system instead of phone. We did have one billing issues where their system failed to auto renew properly but a ticket to billing department took care of that. Hopefully they will continue to offer great service.

Have services across LAX, DAL and AMS for our website we needed the DR - Disaster Recovery services along with protection against DDOS. We have used other providers and they are not capable of mitigating the attacks that Psychz are capable of mitigating. The providers all sell high capacity thresholds but no one can caters the needs of our business when under attack
Psychz Networks was recommended to me by a friend, and I really want to have the company for my dedicated hosting.
