I have been a Customer with Psychz for a very long time, I have learned how their DDoS mitigation Works. Their Mitigation is a self managed solution so you have to setup the Mitigation yourself Basically their DDoS Protection really works when its setup on your Dedicated Server, Their Customer Support is a little slow but they get the job done over the phone or in a ticket, I would highly Recommend it to any person who may need a DDoS Solution or a Storage Dedicated Server They are a little expensive but storage is dirt cheap with them
Had nothing but issues with this company's unbelievably rude and obnoxious customer service. I've been with them over 2 years, have servers in multiple locations and have given them a lot of business. Jimmy Lu is the most unprofessional rep I have ever come across in this industry and there's no close second. He responds with the most useless and careless, most obvious careless attitude offering zero solution for the problems his company actually caused (very often too). I would stay far away from them. Their positive reviews are rumored to be "bought" and their customer service is abysmal. Recent experience, server goes down with major packet loss. Waited over 24 hours and the only response is a lie that there is no suitable replacement. No response to the ticket for nearly 24 hours after I asked them to UPGRADE to a dual CPU that showed 'in stock' online and the response I got from Jimmy was merely trying to get me to cancel all my remaining servers. This guy is a piece of work and obviously has some "issues". Disgraceful and ungrateful and unprofessional. Shame on you Jimmy Lu from disgraceful Psychz Network.

Attempted multiple times to purchase a bare metal server from them. Even contacted sales. Agreed to the contract but shortly after they simply canceled because apparently they "couldn't verify my identity". They never asked for any verification documents but simply canceled the service. Had to chargeback through my credit card since they did in fact charge me for service they never provided.

Refused to elaborate or help resolve the situation.

I have been a colocation customer with Psychz at their Ashburn, VA location since October of 2020.
In February of 2021 I switched to a full cabinet and my experience has been horrible. I have experienced the following:
- random outages
- poorly mitigated DDoS attacks
- a technician once "bumped" my out of band link causing it to go down. It took them two hours to discover and solve this issue
- consistent ping spikes that took them over a month to acknowledge, and were never fully resolved
Their customer support is incompetent. It took over 100 emails back and forth before the ping problem was finally acknowledged, which they blamed on a variety of issues, but settled on it being a configuration issue. They claimed they "fixed" the issue but the ping problems still occurred. Prior to this, they would do nothing but ask for traceroutes. The traceroutes provided to them clearly showed an issue with Psychz, but they would either a) blame it on my hardware or b) continue to ask for more traceroutes.
After dealing with the poor network for over two months we finally moved to a different provider in Ashburn and have had zero issues.
I would not recommend Psychz for colocation due to their poor network and terrible support.

When adding an additional ssd to my server they accidentally replaced the first one, destroying all of my clients data. This isn't the first time something like this has happened with them.
Also they apparently buy good reviews, check out the 3 5 star reviews all on the same day.
Overcharged my card 2,300 dollars. They also obviously lied in the previous three reviews, they were all posted on the exact same date. Obvious spoof reviews.
