Horrible Customer Service

So I ordered a shirt and a week later I got an email stating to send the sales ID and size to their email and they would send it out which is totally fine. After sending the Information and not hearing anything for a week I called and Maggie said the label was with her and she would have it out the next day which again is totally fine. So after 3 weeks of not hearing anything and having friends order the same shirt at later dates then mine and getting their shirts within 14 days. Now I'm like what is going on and I sent out 5 email and different days each with zero response even tho a automatic message comes up saying they recieved my email and would be responding shortly... NOTHING. At this point it's been a month and I called again and spoke with a guy today 10/5/2021 around 2pm. I explained my issue and said some how the ball was dropped. DONT DARE SAY THE BALL WAS DROPPED TO THIS EMPLOYEE BECAUSE HE ACCUSED ME OF BEING ABUSIVE AND AGGRESSIVE which all I did was say they dropped the ball on the order. I mean not even a " sir let me look into this to see whats going on" he just went straight to feeling attacked even tho telling somebody they dropped the ball is neither of those things and pretty sure this guy was not a manager as nobody with business sense would ever speak and accuse a customer of such things when I never was hostile or aggressive on the phone at all, seems he was upset I accused his team of dropping the ball in a calm voice at that. At that point I said I just want a refund and he said straight out your not getting a refund as we never do refunds. Key words they never do refunds right? Well after he looks into my order after being completely rude to a customer who has purchased with them over the past 5 years because I said the ball was dropped this time. He gets back on the phone and says sir we refunded your order a few days ago. SO YOU JUST STATED YOU DONT DO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SO HOW WAS THIS ORDER REFUNDED? You got to love his response... "That information is undisclosed"? Wait WHAT in my Austin voice? Seriously whoever manages this place please understand who you got answering calls and being disrespectful to loyal customers and accusing them of abuse when somebody says it seems the ball was dropped. And on top of that WHAT DO YOU MEAN THAT INFO IS UNDISCLOSED? It's undisclosed info to tell customers why their order was randomly canceled without informing them and just chose not to answer the email. SIR THAT IS CALLED DROPPING THE BALL. Please have better people handling customer issues because this guy was one of the worst reps I've come across and horribly disappointed this cool place has somebody who clearly is not happy with their job being rude and accusatory when a customer says they feel a ball was dropped. I never write reviews no matter how good or bad the experience was but this experience here... mind blowing just mind blowing
