Didn't know what to expect when placing my order online for such a large purchase. So when my items arrived very quickly i might add. Made me the happiest person. The packaging was great. Everything was in the boxes which made set up easy. Since my initial order, I've made several more orders. I highly recommend Pro World. The prices are affordable and shipping is outstanding.
We have used this company for years, but in the last year they have really gotten bad. We are not a small account (Spent over $7k with them in 2022). Their art department has gone downhill with pieces missing from designs on proofs, colors not matching, adding outlines to things that don't need it, etc. This area of the company does not pay attention to detail or proof their own stuff before sending it out. They make errors and then you have to pay for expedited shipping to get it on time. We have a 3 strikes and you are out rule, their 3rd strike almost cost us a business and left us footing the bill for expedited shipping and overtime pay for our employees because of their errors. We are currently testing other companies and do not recommend them at this time.

I've been buying pro world sublimation blanks over the last few months. Everything is excellent. They send detailed instructions per Blank to help the user along.
They also have some unusual sublimation blanks like pot holders that are so cute and that I've never seen anywhere else. Everything arrives in a timely fashion. I will definitely continue to buy blanks from them.
I created two designs for shirts for my church. The quality of these transfers were amazing. And the fast turnaround time made it even better. I already have another order in the works. So happy I found this site!
This company is awesome, I had my order in 2 days all the product is really awesome I really enjoy this company they got good PR they're willing to help quick the product it's the first sublimination company that I don't feel overwhelmed ordering too much or too little that's right there I'll be using that company for my business in the future have an awesome day
I purchase from Proworld first because they offer local pick up, second because they have everything a create or small business could want or need. Customer service is to notch, always received a response from inquiries in a timely manner. Always helpful. Employees show case new products and product lines with social media, video tutorials and written directions. They carry cutting edge technology, tools, supplies and always within budget. Picture inserted is a sublimated face mask.

I love this tumbler press! Took me a few tries to get everything right but I am new to sublimation. Now I have beautiful tumblers. I can't brag enough about this press! If your wondering if it's worth the money your worries are over it certainly is!

Being a first time buyer I wanted to order a variety of items to try. They came timely and well packaged! Beautiful colors and designs! Haven't had a chance to use them yet but am excited with what I have seen so far! I think the prices are great!

Every time I order from Pro World I receive exactly what I wanted and I love those Swedish Fish. Sometime packaging is damaged during shipping but items are always perfect.
