Didn't know what to expect when placing my order online for such a large purchase. So when my items arrived very quickly i might add. Made me the happiest person. The packaging was great. Everything was in the boxes which made set up easy. Since my initial order, I've made several more orders. I highly recommend Pro World. The prices are affordable and shipping is outstanding.
We have used this company for years, but in the last year they have really gotten bad. We are not a small account (Spent over $7k with them in 2022). Their art department has gone downhill with pieces missing from designs on proofs, colors not matching, adding outlines to things that don't need it, etc. This area of the company does not pay attention to detail or proof their own stuff before sending it out. They make errors and then you have to pay for expedited shipping to get it on time. We have a 3 strikes and you are out rule, their 3rd strike almost cost us a business and left us footing the bill for expedited shipping and overtime pay for our employees because of their errors. We are currently testing other companies and do not recommend them at this time.
Products as described. Haven't tried them all yet. I will say the only thing I have tried was the puzzles and I messed them up. The black sublimation ink ran at the top and bottom into the cracks. The middle looked fine. So the problem was me, I'm sure. So I will be more careful and use templates next time!
First getting a bad heat press replacement was a piece of cake
Some of the designs in the trial package went well with my Cricut Easy Press, others not so much. It would be helpful to know the right temperature and some tips to make all the types of iron-on work with the Cricut Easy Press
Always get what you expect in delivery and stock chosen.
Customer service and delivery are awesome. Selections are great. Just in need of more ethnic selections. The only one available for purchase has been back ordered for weeks. Otherwise love this company.
We have not received our total order yet. We ordered and was charged for 12 pcs of Religious WORDS but only received 2 pcs. There was no notice of a backorder which is why we were charged for it. Please send us the remainder of the transfers asap.
This website has a great selection of sublimation blanks the first part of my order was shipped out very fast I'm still awaiting the second and third parts of my order just because things were back ordered however it is still a great website.
Company made error on my order but ship the correct merchandise with no hassle. Great customer seevice
I will be using proworld for all my HTV needs in the future. Although there was a slight mix up with shipping proworld made it right.
As far as the company is concerned, response time is great & customer service great. I regret having to return the TransPro Cap Press but will be ordering the Auto Swing Heat Press for replacement. The TransPro Cap Press is what you pay for. The platen clamp is worthless to pull the hat down. The platen itself does not work with the hats as it is too big and bulges the hat so impossible to flatten the crown without stuffing it with cushions or rubber. The manual buzzer start and stop is a joke. I am upgrading to the one with multiple platens. Do not waste your money on this one.
Good product, easy to use no complaints here I would recommend it to anyone doing sublimation. Great variety of sizes.
I paid for 2 day air express and still took over 5 days to get my order. This is the first complaint I've had with them!
Order came a day earlier than tracking has said which was great cause this was the longest it has taken for my order. Otherwise usually really fast shipping. I've never had any problems with the company and great prices. What happened to the Swedish fish in the packages? My daughter used to love us getting our shipment of vinyl in!
Very fast from order to delivery. I few of the coffee mugs were broken, but otherwise very pleased with my experience.
I received my package in a timely manner! They have a strong odor when opening the package l. My only suggestion would be to separate the dark printable vinyl from the light vinyl into separate bags and labeled. That would have been helpful rather then me guessing which one was which.
There were 2 small issues but were addressed promptly. I was missing 1 piece but they shipped it out the next day. And there was confusion on my part because the invoice said I was credited for a transfer I returned but I never got. But after contacting them I found out that the transfer was discontinued. So everything worked out. Thanks and I'll be continuing business with them..
Exactly what I ordered - and great price - but, that wait! Especially on stock transfers (which should be ready to ship?) other than that if you have time to wait there's a good economical selection of transfers available!
The order took a little longer for delivery than I had hoped but the product was as expected... good!
I ordered a few different items, but I have only tried out the ceramic coasters. They sub beautifully but I have to play with my settings to get them just right.
After shopping around, ProWorld had the best package to begin the sublimation business journey. I have not been disappointed. The printer, presses, etc. was so easy to set up. I was making my first product in an hour.
My only complaint about ProWorld is shipping. For such a large company, I'd like to order my supplies from them from this point on, but the lack of free shipping bothers me. I'm waiting longer than two days for the items and I am paying for it. Why wouldn't I order my supplies from Amazon? Overall, I will continue to order from PW for all items I can't find on Amazon until they offer free shipping. I hope PW will take this review as constructive critisim and work towards offering the free shipping at some point for smaller orders. Thank you for the sublimation package!
Received my ink but haven't loaded it yet.
Wouldn't recommend the transfers as I wasted three shirts. Been using transfers for years and these stuck the the paper and letters wouldn't come off. Had to remove one of the words and the small letters are pulled and some wouldn't press
Will definitely be a return customer. Product are excellent. I wish they gave application instructions on each product, whether then having to check the website to see what the material and directions are for each different item
The people I talked with made everything right and I would order from them again. But in my haste to return items I returned item I needed
