Price gouging residential customers. Charged me 1085 for an appraisal that should have cost 515.00. Then sent invoice with a fee for overnight report. I'm so a local appraiser is dispatched to the home on august 1st. The appraisal comes back on August 8th. Is that overnight or an urgent appraisal?

They follow their own standards when it comes to the valuation of properties. They appraised my office building at 10 per cent lower than the market rate. I am disappointed.
This company will not give you value for your money. When we hired them to appraise our home, they missed out on a lot of stuff and appraised it 10% below the value. We were in doubt which is why we hired a different service provider for a second opinion.
