I am so thrilled to have come across this software that was a huge life saver to me. I needed to catch years of accounting for a client and this was just a simple as it gets process. I highly recommend anyone that needs to enter multiple transactions to give this software a try!
No longer works well with ANY bank statements. It imports items NOT EVEN IN THE STATEMENTS! AND doesn't import other regular transactions. It does the same with other standard bank statements. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO YOUR SOFTWARE?! It used to work so well! Won't be using it or recommending it to CPAs and other bookkeeping entities. Using your software now is more time consuming than manual entry.

Needed to convert pdf to qfx so this software sounds perfect, right? Wrong. Errors on converting pdf. Some items, like airline miles, convert into transactions. Great, so you have to go through and manually delete airline miles. But trying to reconcile accounts, blocks of transactions missing. Thank you for your review, Charles. The trial shows all parsing results inside the software, so you can see if your PDF file is not supported before ordering. The parser tries to find anything that looks like transactions and has some specific exclusions like interest tables or duplicate check tables. You can uncheck incorrect transactions before converting If a PDF file is image-based and poorly scanned, the parser may not see some transactions. We provide money back guarantee if your file is not converting.
I haven't had a good experience with this software at all. It doesn't convert everything therefore making it fairly useless.

I purchased the software, when I was testing with a bank statement file. After purchasing it converted that file in full with few date mistakes and it worked fine, after that it didnt convert any file at all. I didnt pay the license fee for converting just one file.

Hello John, I checked your records and everything is correct. Your order has optional conversion support subscription. All communications about every charge were sent to your email. However, I refunded your charges.
Never got any help with the program after promised that I would receive an email follow up to help with the program on my mac but never received the help as promised

Thank you for your review. Your support ticket was answered promptly, but it was a new feature for a special format for your files. The release was postponed to the end of the tax season and the feature was released this week. We sent a message with upgrade instructions and free upgrade license.

I bought this SW and it worked ok for what I bought.
BUT THEN I FOUND RECURRING MONTHLY CHARGES OF $19.99. I have no recollection of actively signing up for the support service at purchase and never used it.
I was not able to contact the biller (FastSpring) by phone except through an automated system I chose not to use. I was not really clear on what the product was that I was being billed for. I chose to block at my credit card.
I did find e-mails in my spam folder from Propersoft at that point and requested to cancel which happened within 2 hours. I do confirm that the ongoing charges were canceled after I asked for this through the e-mails.
If you buy this product, I recommend checking to see if you have signed up for or been signed up for recurring service charges that you don't want. If you see recurring charges from FS* Propersoft, check your e-mail for the cancellation notice e-mail.
