Excellent Firm. The big plus is that a customer can actually reach someone - by telephone or online - to help them with orders. MEGA KUDOS to your firm. It makes the rest of the competition look like bottom feeders, by comparison. The cost of having people to answer questions if more than offset by the addition new and repeat business - and positive word of mouth advertising - generated by this customer friendly approach.
I sent 3 emails to this company to get clarification on the usage of the device. The instructions are written in Korean which I do not read or write and the English is ambiguous at best. Instead of answering each question, they referred me back to the instructions. I made one last attempt to communicate and they stopped responding. I got PayPal involved to get a refund. Btw, item had to be returned at my expense. AVOID this company at all costs.
Fairly easy to order. Video enabled me to feel more confident it was what I could use. Reviews also helped.
Contacted you regarding another product and I haven't received a response. This was regarding the wall cam adapter which isn't working
product description was a bit lacking - had to go to multiple sites to get all needed info. You beat the next by $5

Shopping experience was great. Except for the payments. When you put the card #, IT SHOULD BE DONE THERE. But the next two boxes bellow have PayPal and check. Also the picture of the credit cards which nakes it confusing.
Purchasing was easy. now to see if I do get it in the 2 days free shipping. Well did not receive the items in 2 days or 3, not even in 4 or 5 days. Item was ordered on 10/12/2015 and did not receive it until 10/19/2015. Item is exactly as described and appears o work fine but there shipping leaves a lot to be desired. I would consider paying more for the item from someone else if time is important on shipping.
I haven't gotten my order. So I can't speak for shipping or how is works but other than not having Apple Pay. It has been very good at describing the product and being smooth to purchase
Needed more information about the product. I want to track people on a large farm. Not sure if I need any software for my computer.
The question " how satisfied are you with the product?" is asked before you use it and can give an honest answer.
Product was delivered in two shipments leading me to believe that the shipment was not correct. However when the next shipment arrived it was as ordered.
If the product is shipped promptly and works as portrayed, I will be glad to order more items from your site as well as refer friends to your company.

I had a problem the first time. It kept telling me I did not put my e-mail address in. I was looking at it the entire time. Could not get anyone on the phone.
I actually found exactly what I was looking for....and the price was fair. Now, if I receive it in a timely fashion, I will be real happy!
Tried to order the product from another vendor. The product was "watered down" and did not work well.
Product is great with clear recording if you are withinn 10 feet radius.. The only problem is the distance it claims to record; 60 feet away. If you move more than 10 feet, it not as clear. Otherwise I like its size and how discrete it is.

I may be returning this product, there is nothing wrong with it, I just believe that I no longer need it.
Moving through the product choices was seamless and the description of each product was informative to insure understanding.
You advertise free two day shipping but when it takes days to send out the order, the two day shipping is very misleading.
Website design is good and product descriptions are concise and to the point. Actual recommendation of website will be based upon product performance.

I have now received the camera. I was very disappointed to find that I was hit with a hefty customs bill before delivery could take place (not something I had figured into the costing of it all)
The camera appears to be ok - not quite as wide angled lens as I thought it would be but hopefully it will work out ok when it has its first proper outing next month
The quality of the product and authenticity of the product will affect my shopping experience. So I won't know the answer to this question until I receive the product.
Found just what I needed quickly. Checkout was easy. Didn't like being required to give my email address - twice!. If the item is as good as the write up says, that's a non-issue, anyway.
People I talked to on the phone were very nice however the product I order is not want was on the photo.
