Still doesn't work properly. Didn't recover my deleted/recovered items. Now my computer says I have low disc space

The unit is defective and I am now having to have it shipped back to LandAirSea directly. The battery will not take a charge and I have spoken to LandAirSea trying to troubleshoot the problem. I will be using it to track a dementia patient in a wheelchair due to MS, so this is VERY inconvenient.
