I payed extra for 5-7 day ship and it's been over 2 weeks now. How can I contact them? I'm unsatisfied with the service.

I see that I am not alone here. We ordered a dress a month ago and kept receiving messages that it was just being tailored and then it would be on its way. Finally, weeks later, they wrote to say the fabric is out of stock and I need to choose a completely different dress! What?! They lied the whole time,. Now, I have no dress for prom and I'm out $300+.

I've sent PromStory several emails and they never replied back to any of them. This is a SCAM? They are committing FRAUD and STEALING money from innocent people. They have no return telephone number or mailing address. They STOLE from me and refused to reply back? I've requested a full refund. I'm still waiting for a reply. Do not order from this site. The customer service is slim to none existent. Do not pay the rush fee and expect to receive it on time. I requested a refund after the dress did not arrive on time and prior to being informed that the dress had shipped. No response. They shipped the dress anyway and are refusing to give my a refund even though I requested it prior their shipping the dress and refused the package once it arrived well after I needed it.

Please do not make my mistake and order from this company! Their merchandise is not fit for the garbage can and they do NOT honor their return policy. I was astounded at what was received. Contacted the company for refund request-including pictures as required. After numerous communications with them (where they keep repeating it's "no problem", they say a 5% refund is the best they can do! An. $8.00 refund for a $165.00 dress that I wouldn't let a child play dress up in!
Please do NOT ruin the special day you are are shopping for by ordering from this inept and fraudulent company!

This Website is total bull$#*! don't buy from them! We had ordered a dress from there and the one they send us looks like they did it in the dark it is not the same dress clearly and they keep arguing with me that it is and that it fits perfectly when it is a size too big! So don't waist your time and money! If i could give it a no star i would they are full of crap!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The craftsmanship and quality of the dress we received was not at advertised. The sleeves were not the same color as advertised. The hem of the dress was crooked. I asked about returning the dress. They asked for pictures. When I sent the pictures they claimed to not be able to find my order. I resent them the order information. They ultimately refused to take the dress back, Do not ever order from this company. You have been warned.

I ordered the dress in the pic below (right) in Ivory. The dress was displayed is an ivory dress with tan beading on the waist and neck line. The dress received (left) is bright white with white beading. The dress is for a prom, not a wedding and is clearly the wrong dress.

I have sent multiply emails to their customer service email address and they keep telling me that they inspected the dress and it is the correct color and I need to keep the dress.

Their customer service is disgusting. And their products are misrepresented. Please DO NOT order anything from this company.

The dress I ordered and what I received are totally different from the color to the sewing. I emailed them several times but not much help. They are telling me nothing wrong with the dress ( they must be color blind) and to keep that ugly dress. They are so desperate of customers and their products are horrible compared to what they are advertising. Customers service zero. Do not buy anything from this website because you will regret it. They won't deal with you at all after they got your money. So disappointed of prom story. I would rated a zero if I could.

I ordered my daughter a lace dress and she was professionally measured. She can't even sit down, its going to rip! The lace is nonmoveable and hard. The top is falling off and going to cost too much to take in because of lace design. I have been corresponding with Sandra saying "keep dress it fit" SERIOUSLY? "You buy from overseas you pay good price" "it worth price" We are going round and round and now offering me 5% off. Suggestion? Pay more with people who truly care about you and your special night. This company clearly not worth the cheap price!

If I could not even list a star that would be my first choice. The dress was not burgundy, it was more cranberry. There was also 2 small black dots on it and to top it off there was no side slit as advertised in the picture. When contacting customer service they asked for pictures, which I gladly sent. They then said in the first email there was nothing wrong with the dress. Then they asked if I could get t dry cleaned. They never addressed the side slit issue by saying again nothing was wrong with the dress. The quality of sewing was awful as well!

RATING = ZER0 The dress is not as advertised. Wrong material. Wrong design. The dress is absolutely hideous. Unfortunately this one is on me. I checked BBB and did not see any complaints, did not check reviews. If I had, there is no way I would have given then my hard earned money. This should be illegal. Please DO NOT give them any business because they will rip you off. They need to be stopped. Very sad! Return policy DOES NOT EXIST!

I ordered a prom dress for my sister she recently received it and there is a number of problems with it I paid $183 for the dress and the leaves are falling off none of this seems or straight the dress was too big for her and it had holes and is already frayed at the bottom hem. I emailed them and send pictures and they are trying to only refund me 5%

Not even close. Won't refund. Going to fight them. Have ordered from other companies and gotten beautiful dresses. Not this one! Told my daughter...
Can't you just forget the subtle errors and just wear the dress? Rip off! Don't do it!

I ordered two dresses from Promstory and was very disappointed with both of them upon receipt. Both dresses were at least two dress sizes too big and at least 8 inches too long, despite giving them custom measurements. Their customer service is horrible and they refused to refund my money despite the fact that the dresses are not even close to fitting.

Dress don't fit, colors are way off... Fighting for a refund, taken a bunch of pics for them. Stating that it don't look like the one dress I ordered... Then they said maybe it my computer that altered the color,, whaat! They are in Hong kong they can do eat ever they want... Stay away from these scammmmers...

Order a prom dress $170 got a dress that was missing beads and had a snag and they said it would cost to much to return it... keep it and they will give us 5%. I would like to tell them where they could put their 5%. They said from pictures that dress can be worn,,,, RIGHT? Can get money back, there should be somewhere to go to get help with this.

Typical cheap Chinese garbage! If there were a 0 stars option I would have picked that. Dress took forever to arrive - had to have several email exchanges to find out when it would be shipped. When the dress came the sash was sewn on crooked and the lace scallops around the neck area didn't match. We had to bring the dress to a tailor to have these things corrected. Promstory said they would refund some money if we sent them the receipt from the tailor. I did that and never heard back from them. Their last response was, "Hand written receipt?" Don't give this place your money. Do yourself a favor and buy a dress from a local consignment shop where you can see the quality and workmanship of the dress. You'll thank yourself for it.

0 stars! I received my dress and it made me break out into a rash. When I tried to contact the company and explain to them what I was experiencing, they responded with automated emails that were irrelevant to my situation. I requested their corporate number several times, and they ignored my request. I have sent several emails and a different person responds each times with more emails that are way off topic of why I am contacting them. Terrible customer service and terrible business adequate! They didn't address or show any concern of my allergic reaction to the dress. They should be concerned that they posing a risk to the customers purchasing their garments. This company is not to be trusted. After submitting my order, I also started to receive a ton of spam in my email. I felt the need to replace my debit card as well. I strongly recommend going else where. Make sure that there is a corporate number and address listed on the website that you purchase a dress. This was something I looked over during my search.

Dress came with defects. They will play the email game until the end of time. You will never be able to return it.

The service is Awful! Do not order from this company the dresses are not the one in the picture! Can't not speak with anyone besides email! They find every way not to Refund your money! Don't Do It! This Company is a Fraud and Fake!

I ordered my dress from the site and paid 188 dollars... the moment i saw the dress, i was shocked. The dress was of cheap quality and with awful material. Horrible fit. I am still fighting for a refund, the dress is absolutely horrible that i am never going to wear it.
