I ordered a sherri hill dress from this website. After that I saw a bad review about this site. So i was scared. But, I cannot tell enough good things about this site. They were very good in taking care of my order. I not only got it on time, but I just love the dress. I tried the dress on in another store. But, the fresh, new dress, not tried on by anybody, authenticity verified by Sherri Hill, looked amazing. I love it. Monica Diaz, Tallahassee, FL
Moms, if you are considering buying a Sherri Hill dress from Muzzies in Houston, you are in for a rude awakening. Both Sherri Hill and Muzzies get a NEGATIVE 5 rating from me. We purchased a $600 dress back in January for prom. The dress my daughter tried on was a size 6 and zipped up just fine. She ordered a size 8 so we could have the length tailored but when the dress got here, it was a SIZE 4 with a size 8 label sewed in. My daughter could not even zip up her skirt (and she had lost 6 pounds). The stitching throughout the dress was sub-par at best with a few places completely lacking on the seam lines. I had the sizing of the dress inspected by a professional seamstress. Numerous calls to Muzzies were made with no return call so I called Sherri Hill directly. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully! Not only was the agent from Sherri Hill extremely rude, but completely unhelpful. She actually refused to speak with me about the situation stating that they don't deal with the public directly and I would have to contact the store that we purchased the dress from even after I had told her they weren't returning my calls. Muzzies has one of those "no return/no exchange" policies and believe me when I say they stand by it. I am reporting both companies to the Better Business Bureau now as the alterations to the dress are costing me an additional $200 in order for it to fit my daughter.

NEVER! I am cancelling my order. Same feed back as everyone else... they send you an email that confirming, my order and then you never hear back from them again.
Ordered a dress a month ago, made several attempts to contact bussiness, (message always states full mailbox) Made several attempts to contact them by email as well, when I questioned the legality of the web site $219.90 for an PRE AUTH AMEX GIFT CARD charge appeared on my bank account, I was able to stop payment and can prove that is the only website I used the debit card for and nooooo never saw the dress, BEWARE there is a second dress site with the same phone number *******042
Stay away from this site. The only thing they do in a timely manner is process your payment. I ordered two dresses and NO dresses arrived. No phone calls or emails to let me know what was going on. Not one email I sent recieved a reply. They had a problem originally processing my credit card and left me a message with a telephone number to sort it out. So at least I was able to call them. Not that it did much good. They eventually told me the dress was out of stock and was on back order (after 3 weeks of hearing nothing). When the dresses arrived, one of them was the wrong size and they didn't match. Assurances that this would be recitified were just lies. Return postage was not refunded. On at least 10 occasions (I'm not making this up), promises to return calls or give updates resulted in nothing! It took three months to get the dresses and even then they still had details that didn't match. STAY AWAY from them and their other company Bridal and formal by RJs!
I ordered a dress on March 16th for my daughter with delivery in 6-9 business days. I noted when I ordered it that it was needed for a pageant on April 15th and to please let me know if it wasn't going to arrive in time. I received an email on 3/20 that it was not in stock, but ordered and would arrive by 3/31. The money was taken out off my debit account on 3/18. Still on April 21, don't have the dress. I have emailed 4 times with no response. I have called 3 times with only a voicemail picking up no matter what time of the day I call. The say they're open Mon-Sat from 12-8pm, but nobody answers the phone. They also don't called you back. I will never ever order anything from this company again. Ever! And will tell anybody that will listen not to order anything from them either. My daughter had a pageant April 15th that she didn't have a dress for! We had to run out at the last minute and get another one. Do not order anything from this site!
I ordered a prom dress a week ago and tried to call to check on status. I get the answer of full mailbox. I have also sent several emails and no reply. I think I might have gotten taken.
