Prom Girl has so many amazing dresses! I gave 4 stars because the dress I originally wanted wouldn't come in until a month later because it was not in stock. But I chose a different dress and I love it even more! I'm so happy with everything and I love how they have a customer service chat box right there at the corner of the webpage. Can't wait for my last prom as a senior! Thanks Prom Girl!

I will never do business with this company again. I have worked with other online businesses before but their return policy sucks. ALL the tags and dress was placed back in the bag that it was sent to us. My daughter just tried it on and it was too big for her and of course I missed the 7 day return policy. They told me to take pictures and send it and still denied me my return. LESSON LEARNED! PromGirl SUCKS

The dress fit perfectly but it was just too long. I had to get it tailored, but other wise it's a beautiful dress!

The size chart is very off, I normally wear a size 12 but I ordered a size 16 (3XL) and it fit perfect. The shipping had some problems but I after contacting the site I got my dress within 7 days. The dress is very gorgeous and fits well. Good quality as well, super excited for my senior prom!

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Prom Girl, I am a little disappointed. The fit isn't spot on, like the first, it's a little snug. Several of the beads and spangles have fallen off already. I will keep because my daughter loves the dress, and the color is stunning. We chose the blue. Delivery was a little longer than the first dress, but arrived in plenty of time for prom and was packaged beautifully.

After reading a lot of mixed reviews, I hesistantly bought a dress from promgirl.com. It was supposed to ship out on Jan. 19, but it shipped on Jan. 13 and got to my house on Jan. 19! The dress looked just like the picture and it's stunning! The only problem is theres 1 gem missing. Otherwise, i would totally recommend this site to everyone. The lady I talked to was so nice!

My 7th grade daughter will be attending her 7th and 8th banquet on April 13th 2017. She likes the dress and I am glad she does. Teenagers now days don't like what parents buy, so I allowed her to get what she wanted. Goodpasture school-Nashville, TN.

The dress Arrived in a timely fashion and was of good quality material and was what we expected.The size chart was correct also.

I ordered this dress for a wedding. Good quality and the size was a true fit. I'm giving this a review 4 stars because I had to return the dress and I had to pay the shipping. With all the money these dresses cost, shipping should be free for returns.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the color had a slight variance. I thought the top was cream underneath but turned out to be gold. Everything else fit beautifully. Quick shipping.

The dress is really pretty. Came fairly fast. The beading is different than i thought it would be. Its not black like how it looks in the pictures, its dark colored but from far away looks black.

I loved my dress so much! It looked absolutely fantastic on me. However, it came later in the mail than the site told me it would.

Prom Girl was very accommodating throughout all my purchases i made, I made 4 purchases all together. I had old credit from many many years ago and without knowing my credit had expired, i tried to buy more dresses for my prom this year and it wouldnt let me but i just called them, explained my situation, and they were able to reactivate the credit i had. I ordered two more dresses and i was starting to get scared because it was getting closer and closer to my prom date, but all of my orders got here in a timely fashion of about a week. I gave them 4 stars because even though my experience was phenomenal, its just annoying how if you get store credit, that credit eventually expires which I thought kind of sucked, but my overall experience was definitely amazing and we will definitely be shopping on Prom Girl again in the next few years for my sisters prom!

I have ordered from Promgirl around three times and I haven't had any complaints. Packages have arrived on time if not earlier, great customer service and although the quality is not "the best" it is good for an one time activity. That must be the reason why prices are reasonable. Most of us won't wear a prom or weeding dress twice.

However the dress itself has frays on it which is causing the zipper to get stuck every time we try to zip it. This is even when the dress is off my daughter. We really don't have time to send it back and mess with all that so we are just hoping it works on prom night. Great price and fast shipping though.

The dress was what I expected as far as design & material. However, my boobs are heavy and the straps on this dress are very thin. Everything fits but Im hesitant on bending over to much because the straps may tear.

Not as soft as I was hoping for, but still really good quality and it looks just like the picture. I'm 5'6" and the medium is a little bit long for me, so I have to get the top shortened, but it's a great buy for the price and the back is very flattering.

Ordered my dress from prom girl and it came in very quickly! I am extremely happy with the quality of the dress and how fast I received it, but I was extremely unhappy with an additional $75.00 charge that was added on to my bill without any notice from prom girl.

We (my daughter and I) searched and searched and found that waist sizing always left her in between. Bust sizing and hip sizing were always perfect in the extra large. It seemed that all the extra large sizes ended their waist sizing at 34 1/2 in. Her size is 35 1/2. Which meant we had to size up. This caused us to have to have the bust altered. It really is a hassle buying the perfect dress and then having to have more work done on it. The dress was gorgeous and she looks amazing in it. I just wish the sizing were comprable to regular U.S. sizes.

The beading could be a little better but it was overall a very nice outcome. Alterations needed since it wasn't made for shorter people.

I ordered a prom dress and it came in less than a week but when I opened up the box I discovered something that looked like ink on my dress and immediately called the 1-800 number and they apologized and shipped out a new dress that same day. I received the new dress within 3 business days and it was perfect. It wasn't quite the color as seen in the picture but everything else was perfect. The beads and jewels were beautiful and I felt like a princess.
