I placed my order with plenty of time to receive dress. Now, two days before Prom, the dress has not been received. I "live chatted" w/ a customer representative who informed me that my order had "failed". Poor business practice in play here -- no phone call, no email, no snail mail indicating that there was a problem with my order -- even though they had access to all means by which to contact me. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I purchased a dress from this company. I got it a couple sizes bigger figuring it can get alterations. When it came my daughter tried it on it was so tight she could barely walk, the zipper was malfunctioning it was a nightmare two weeks before her prom. They did not take responsibility for their mistakes. And they don't want to refund your money. I advise people to stay away from promdiary. Bad customer service.

I ordered a dress from promdiary.com, and let me say it was not a pleasant time. The dress took close to a month to ship, and it was very expensive also I GOT THE COMPLETE WRONG DRESS. I emailed the company when the dress came to tell them what had happened and they did not want to help me at all. They were very rude and will not send me the right dress or even refund my money. I don't recommend this site for anyone.

This is the worst site I have ever been on. My daughter order her Prom Dress off this site and gave them all her measurement and they sent her a dress too big and way too long. They asked for pic and I did that Roger and Sandra then ask if I can take it to go get fix and send invoice I did that now they don't contact or anything. This is my baby Prom and the $#*!ed up her Dress. I give them A Don't Buy People Rating. I put the 1 because it won't let me summit

After reading some of these Inwas really worried I sank 200$ but they came through. Some of these people didnt actually read the website. The site clearly states it has customs charges that will show up on your card. Small charges. They said I would get it by the 25th. I got it on the 25th. It could use a couple alterations but what do you expect when you order without trying on. These people had me worried for nothing.

My daughter has been waiting 12 years for her 1st prom and I ordered the dress from Prom Diary only to have them send me a dress too big and to make matters worst the wrong dress. And her prom is on friday, so more than likely she will miss her prom or take the risk of getting a dress from the dress only to have someone else come in with the same dress. Is there a number I can call to reach CS? They are so unprofessional with no phone number

Ordered my daughter's prom dress a month ago. Paid for rush services... Prom is in 4 days and we still don't have the dress we bought from here. She is devastated! Their email contact information does not work, and there is no phone number. We can not contact them to request a refund. Going the call my credit card Co to dispute the charges. Scam company.

This was an awful experience. It took forever to come in and the dress looked ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the one I ordered. The lace looks like it was sewn on by a 5 year old, the beads and flowers looked like costume jewelry it literally felt like Halloween when I put it on. This dress would be the scariest thing out there. I payed a lot of money for it too. (Close to $200) do NOT risk it

My daughter begged me to buy her prom dress from this company. Against my better judgment I ordered. The dress arrived timely, however the quality was poor. The color was Aqua - I ordered blue. I emailed immediately and they would not provide return instructions. Bad experience during a kind of stressful time! So disappointing.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from this site March 12th arrived March 31. We provided measurements and it fits great and has not stains BUT the quality is poor, material is not the same as the dress in the photo, some of the lace is glued on and the lace edges are just a raw ragged cut. The beading is OK but for the price we paid - $186.00 with tax and shipping - not a good value. The dress "resembles" the photo but color, fabric, craftsmanship and neckline are off. We knew it was a risk and that we can't return. We won't be ordering any more dresses from this site. Better off going to eBay if you are on a budget

You know there is something to be said about buying US. #1 Standard procedure is 100% customer satisfaction or full refund. No muss/no fuss. #2 Customer service # you can actually call when u have a questions or concerns. #3 US employees. #4 you will get your product when promised (and won't be stressed out). #5 shipping pre-paid for all returns...#5 Quality of the workmanship. Until Prom DIary revises their return policy to be more customer focused, provides better ways of contacting them for customer service (i. E 800#). I will not recommend them or use their services or products.

Thought site was legit. Attempted to order prom dress and within 5 minutes, 3 charges to credit card were made in China. Credit card company blocked but beware. This is a major scam site. Looks very professional and legit. Stay away!

The dress I ordered was worse than something you'd find at Walmart. Fabric was sewn in three layers! My two year old could of made this dress better that PromDiary. Refusing to refund my money in full... They are liars and they prey on women trying to save money... don't do it... Karma will get back to them. What a waste of almost $200.00. I am beyond disappointed. Wish I read all the crappy reviews before I fell in love with the picture of a beautiful gown... dress was a pile of____.

I ordered my daughter's dress from promdiary. Com and received a dress that looks nothing like the one in the picture. Different color and looks homemade. On the invoice the phone number is not working and there isn't any way to return. Major scam... beware.

I received my dress on May 1. I does not look like the pictures that they are posting. The color is off and the bead designs are completely different. I sent pictures with no response. I finally got ahold of someone today but they claim they will research my emails to see if I have been emailing them regarding my problem with the dress that I received. To sum it all of how the dress look, it reminds me of a curtain. Unhappy customer!

We ordered my daughter Prom dress from this site... it was cheaply made, looked nothing like the picture, not true to size (my dtr wear an 9/10 we ordered to sizes up to alter and it was still too small) and there was a red stain in the front. She was very disappointed as we're on a fixed income right now and sacrificed to purchase that dress. Now we're heading to a used Prom store so she can feel like a Princess on her Big Day!

I want my full refund not half. They claim that these dresses are custom made and hand sown by professional tailors. However, the dress I received was poorly made the color was so off. Didn't look like the dress on site. My dress is a JOKE and I don't want it, yet the company thinks that half of $148.00 is justified. I don't think so. ALL their so called tailors need to be dismissed and replaced for REAL TAILORS. My cat could have made a better dress. This is nothing but a scam; do not buy from Prom Diary. Save your money!

I ordered a dress for my dtr on 3/15/2015. I immediately received a emailed receipt that said my order was submitted and I would receive it in 15-21 days. I emailed them that day and asked about tracking, and they emailed me back the next day saying I would get it by 3/30/2015, which I did. The 3 stars is because I gave specific measurements for the dress, and the dress was way too big for my dtr, and material wasn't cut so clean. Some trimming had rugged ends and loose threads. I had to pay to get it altered, but it was beautiful in the end.

What ever you do please do not order from prom dairy! The dress was very poorly made. All the beads fell off as soon as The dress became out of the package. I tried to contact someone regarding a refund and they were rude, gave me a hard time. Told me to send it back and they would give me only half my money back. I don't think so. Please do not order from here! You will be sorry

They made a mistake and shipped my dress to another country and refused to give me a refund! By far the worst website in the history of all websites. How do you send someones dress to Vatican City when I clearly said Virginia. If you're looking for a dress go to PromGirl.com they are a US based company and ships super fast!

We ordered a dress and when it came in looked nothing like the one pictured. They used a lesser quality of fabric(lace) than the picture. It was truely a copy of the designer dress. We notified them as soon as we got the dress and so far they have offered us 10% refund. They are refusing to give us a refund even if we mail the dress back.

Do not order from here. It is a scam!

My daughter ordered a prom dress of prom diary, after which we saw all the bad reviews. We were obviously very worried but after three weeks the dress arrived looking better than the picture and fitted really well. It was well worth the money and I received two reassuring emails from the company. Couldn't recommend this site enough.

Shade tree site. Order never came and when canceled they only want to pay half my money. My daughter almost miss the prom if a neighbor had not lone her a dress. But I get half back? What I need a dress for now? I wanted the dress. Not like I cancel cause of that. I canceled cause you do t for fill the deal. Do t order from her if you don't want to be stabbed
