My purchase was completely online. I read the detailed specifications, options, delivery dates, etc. Many other sites have same brand and style for equal or less than 1Stop Bedrooms. However, customer satisfaction was definitely worth shopping here. Delivery was on time as stated, my bedroom set was set up very quick and with care! Quite bit of back and forth for confirming measurements and photos, and more measurements and more photos but i received my cover on Monday and it is a perfect custom fit! So worth it! Quality is excellent and has held up 100% against the hail and rain.

I am so pleased with this couch. I've already fallen asleep on it numerous times. My dog loves it too; he's a shedder but it's barely even visible with the plush texture and it's easy to clean. Delivery time was a bit long (just about 5 weeks from the day I ordered it), but well worth the wait. The installation was free and the company kept me up to date and did a great job placing it just where I wanted. Highly recommend!

The process from purchasing to delivery was efficient. My marquee arrived promptly in the mail. It came with clear instructions and was easy to use. I like that I don't have to go in search of sand bags or any other additions as it comes with everything you need. It looks great set up! Very happy with the service and product. Thank you!
All the extra features were a bonus and it appeared to be of quality. Especially liked the vents and rain drainage holes. I was also looking for a trolley bag with wheels.
