I used proflowers.com to purchase flowers for a funeral. 2 days later I got a call from my credit card company about a suspicious charge. Sure enough someone got my credit card number and also order from proflowers.com in an amount similar to mine. Had I not thought carefully about it, I would have thought it was for the flowers I did buy and approved the charge. I had to cancel my credit card and have to hassle with all the things that entails. DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS.COM

I placed my order to have flowers and candy delivered for February 10th. Never arrived it's now 9:35pm as I write this. My blood pressure is sky high and I am so sorry I even ordered from them. The one time I wanted her to have a beautiful warm bouquet of flowers to remind her she is not alone and that she is loved. On her spacial day nothing arrived. I am beyond livid. No notice that they would not deliver if I had know I could have called a local florist in the area. As I write this I wish that I had done just that. Now her birthday has come and gone and nothing was there to let her know I care deeply. So disgusted 🤮. Horrible service!
I dont have a big wallet and when I thought I could get a nice flower arrangement for $19.99 including the vase and chocolates I that that was a good deal. So I splurged. Well it wasn't until after I got my confirmation number that I saw that $19,99 actually cost me $44.95 What the heck.The service charge, shipping and tax was almost $25 more than the flowers. I got taken. Most online shopping sights will let you know the total before you submit your order. Not Pro Flowers. Submit your order then bend over rover... here comes the surprise!
YOU ARE HORRIBLE! I called and spoke with a service representative who was in Alabama. Not only did she sound like a 5th grader, but I had to repeat my phone #, email address, my Mother's address over 7 times! It wasn't due to poor cell reception either, she was that mentally lost! I placed an order for my Mom (for Mother's Day) on May 6th and I just called to see why the delivery hasn't been made. IT WAS CANCELLED! I DIDN'T CANCEL THE ORDER, and on top of that, I hear the order was placed thru 'Sharis Berries', nice enough for the untrained, unprofessional, and unqualified representative to tell me this information! Oh and if you haven't screwed me over enough, you deducted my bank account for the total charge. To add further insult to injury, I've been waiting to speak to a manger FOR OVER AN HOUR! I will spread my experience with your HORRIBLE company to everyone I know!
Simply, not a good experience from any perspective. Remember your mom telling you that you could find something good about anything if you looked hard enough? Yea, you remember!
Well, good ole mom was incorrect. She was absolutely dead wrong and had no knowledge of proflower.com or proflowers.com (notice the "s" in the domain name).
This place is terrible. I don't need to repeat the negative specifics... just read the other reviews. I don't know how they are still here.
So, in closing, I agree with the other negative reviews. You've been warned. Enough said...
