This company doesn't deserve to do business in Tampa. I set my move up with the owner of the company and they even emailed me a confirmation for 10:30 a.m. Saturday 10:30 a.m. Saturday comes and no truck. No call to give us a heads up they might be running late. Nothing. I wait an hour and decide to call. Right to voicemail. Every call right to voicemail. I was in disbelief. What company that cares anything about customer service or word of mouth would do this and expect to stay in business. So around noon, I realized they basically blew us out probably for a bigger better deal somewhere else in town. If you hire "Pro" City Moving, keep in mind they have no regard for your life, your schedule and the fact that moving is stressful enough as it is, they will leave you high and dry without care or concern. My wife has has a serious health isssue and had to leave for houston for treatment on Monday so we HAD to move on Saturday! This wasn't a soft date for us, ok. I ended up having to find another, more professional company to get the job done. That company is Pack-n-go. I told them what happened, and after already moving someone from Sarasota to Oldsmar, they showed up with more guys than I even requested and banged out our move in less than 3 hours. I'll leave that there.
