However, weeks later, I was shocked to find that my account had been suddenly frozen without any explanation or notification. When I reached out to ProBit's customer support team to inquire about the issue, I was appalled by their response.
Instead of providing a valid reason for the account freeze or offering assistance, they demanded that I deposit an additional $5,000 into my account to 'verify' my identity and 'unfreeze' my funds. This is a total SCAM.
