Probiller is ran by rude, illiterate scammers
November 29, 2023

Eveything about probiller is complete garbage. Their attitudes are rude and they have no interest in helping customers, they only care about selling you more years of website access or lifetime memberships you dont want, and if you refuse to pay more for more time you dont want when they constantly lock your access to websites you already paid to have months and years of so called unlimited access for, they will not unlock access to the sites you already paid for and rudely disconnect you from chat after struggling to stay calm and courteous to a totally illiterate scumbag like lana.

Another instance recently, I joined a site on holiday sale discount, and there's a checkbox to join a garbage site I never heard of and had absolutely zero interest in joining especially when it's almost 4x the price of the site I intended on joining. I made sure the box was unchecked to join their crappy partner site I didnt want to join, and guess what? THEY JOINED ME AND CHARGED ME ANYWAY! To my dismay, I then saw the payment processor was the pricks at "probiller" again. Hoping I would connect to somebody that wasn't Lana or an illiterate dirtbag scammer like Lana, I waited 30 minutes to connect to a chat support who claimed it was my fault I joined the crap site that I didn't sign up for and legally they cant' refund me for partially used memberships and charges on my account is at the customers discretion or some total bull**** like that. Funny seeing complete morons that are literally illiterate try to use big words and lie about legal mumbo jumbo and I told them what they're doing is actually illegal. I didn't partially use the site, I didn't use it AT ALL. I didn't sign up to join the side site, I made sure the box to join the bonus site at full price was NOT checked, so you guys signed me up to a site I did not want and charged me for something I should NOT have been signed up for. Then they tried to offer to give me 2 free months, I refused, then they tried to offer me less than half of what they charged me for as refund. Literally doing everything and anything they could to NOT give me my money back that they charged me to join a bonus site when the CLICK CHECKBOX TO JOIN BONUS SITE box was NOT CHECKED!

I wasted hours and chatting with these scumbag scammers in text chat, over multiple different problems with multiple different websites they're associated with. Their phoneline rang for over 30 minutes before someone finally picked up and kept saying hello hello like they couldnt hear me, then hung up in about 5 seconds after I waited over 30 minutes for them to answer my phone call. I figured sending them multiple e-mails with pictures of the rude, unhelpful, illiterate "lana" and screenshots of receipts of purchases I made to have years of unlmited access to 1 of the sites they associate with, that they randomly keep blocking my access to, then try to keep selling me lifetime memberships fot $100s and $1000s of dollars like I would trust them with a single penny ever again.

My advice is, dont trust probiller or join any pay sites that use them as payment processor. They will lock your access you pay for, then try to sell you extended memberships or extra memberships to other sites instead of just shutting up and unlocking my damn access to the sites I already paid for, and if you dont want to buy more membership time when theyre constantly screwing up your memberships you already paid for by locking and blocking access or reducing over a year off your multiple year membership for no clear reason, I still havent regained access to sites I had paid for years of access to, and I hadnt gotten 1 email response to multiple emails I sent a month ago besides their automated response bot emailed me informing me, WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR E-MAIL. WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 5 DAYS. It's been over a month. Probiller is a total joke ran by illiterate scumbag scammers and what they're doing is illegal. DO NOT trust them or risk wasting your money on anything online that uses them as a payment processor!

As for the pictures
1 Lana claiming I dont have access to a site I paid to have multiple years of unlimited access too while saying my membership to the main site BRAZZERS will expire over a year before the originally described date when the last chat support talked me into buying multiple years extended membership the last time my password suddenly stopped working. Now my access to partner sites I paid for claim to be expired, when they shouldnt be for at least a few years but some reallowed access, but at least 1 remains locked and Lana claims I never paid for it, and when I keep insisiting I still have emails and screenshots of receipts of my purchases, the scumbag scammer got super sassy and said SINCE YOUR STILL INSISTING ON YOUR RECORDS BLAH BLAH BLAH then disconnected me after watsing hours connecting to chat and waiting minutes for them to give 1 word responses, spelling words wrong, basically being complete garbage in every way possible.

The next pic is a different named person I had to talk to when I asked for a refund since I got charged to join a site when the next pic shows clearly, the checkbox to join the extra site was NOT checked, yet they claimed they legally couldnt issue refunds to partially used sites people chose to join. WELL I DIDN'T CHOOSE TO JOIN! THEY CHARGED ME TO JOIN AGAINST MY WILL WHEN THE BOX WAS NOT CHECKED! AND I DIDNT USE THE BONUS SITE I GOT CHARGED FOR AT ALL! I DIDNT WANT IT AND DIDNT WANT TO BE FORCED TO PAY FOR A SITE I DIDNT CHOOSE TO JOIN AND HAVE NO INTEREST IN USING!
The point is, I joined different sites and either lost access that I paid for multiple times or got charged to join crappy sites I didnt want. The thing those sites had in common. PROBILLER
I had to talk to different people for assistance with my different problems I was having with these multiple sites and these different "billing support" people were both terrible at typing, rude as hell and totally unhelpful, and what did they have in common? Probiller employees.

And I'm still waiting for my access to sites that I paid for access that isnt supposed to expire until a few years, get RE-unlocked but my access is still locked, and I still havent got a response e-mail in 5 days like they said. They either totally ignore you, or refuse to help you while offering to sell you longer memberships for $100s and lifetime memberships for $1000s when they're just going to keep changing your password or locking site access with "EXPIRED" screens that randomly come and go, or come and NOT go at their discretion which I refuse to believe is random and not part of their con/fraud/scams. Stil can't believe they had the nerve to tell me they legally cant refund me for a partially used site I chose to join when I never checked the box to join and never used the site they claimed was "partially used", or disconnecting me when I told them the expiration date for my 1 of my my memberships is over a year less than what was originally offered when I accepted it, and they claimed one site I never paid for access to when I have screenshots of my receipt with purchase ID& everyrhing, but Lana just sarcastically said thank you and disconnected me while spelling words wrong like an idiot.
Never had any of these problems with segpay, rocketpay, epoch and probably others I cant remember off the top of my head, but all the problems I had that took hours of arguing just to reach any type of resolution if any at all, were and still are probiller problems.
