Too Good to be true! BEWARE OF PRIVILEGES American Express Travel. They say PRIVILEGES American Express Travel, Join the world's most rewarding travel program. Choose a Category. Cruises. Hotels. Resorts: We were promised we would receive 2 voucher 200,000 point that are imposable to use. The reality is not what the hype says. You can't get ahold of anyone, we've lost over $7,000 in booking terrible/awful trips, and now can't get out of it! Worse than timeshares! We tried one last time to give these shady characters another try and booked a Christmas trip in 2021. Tonight, they just cancelled half the trip with no explanation! What is the purpose of family Christmas vacation with only half of the family? We are done and requesting the credit card company to fight all of the charges as these guys are crooks. I can't believe a reputable company like American Express would be associated with this group. Shame on you American Express!
