Great company to lose your money to. Absolutely fantastic at taking your money. I had a wonderfully bad experience with these guys. Love to beat around the bush and not give you back your money. But keep pushing for you to give them more. They can talk a great game so watch out. I hope this helps anyone reading this to NOT invest with them no matter how good they make it sound. Chris Levine, Jonas Stones and Ryan Fisher are the most friendly helpful scammers you will ever meet. Just hang up your phone if you hear this companies name. So pissed at these wonderful scumbags of the earth. Please people, don't do it.

If you want to live anxiety, depression, stress and want to be broken financially go and invest with this company.
Please anyone reading this review, stay away. They are professional scammers, they try to make it sounds good but trust me you CAN NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ANY PENNY OF THOSE PROFITS, all you can do just save your money and your time.
Richard Goldman, Ryan, Jack are the clowns. They are hiding behind the Senior title and steal your money. There's no $h! Tty Supervisor, no manager no customer support.
I am a victim and I wish I never invested my money and my time. I ended up in debt and broken.
They find thousands of excuses to not send your funds. They told me to send me my funds no longer than an hour after I pay the fees December 16th. But today it's January 4th 2022, still dont have my fun…

I opened my account with this company on May 6,2021.
The first person I met on the phone and getting help to set up an account and do the first transfer was
Jonas Stones | Personal Account Manager, he gave me his WhatsApp: *******757 and made me feel very comfy the first day, but unfortunately hi didn't reply anymore.

First transfer was $1000 cad on May 6,2021.
Then Jona (Personal Account Manager)assigned to me Executive Trading Specialist - Chris Levine *******135 to help with trades and explain how it works, as the knew I was new in this field.
Then May 13, as per email from my Executive Trading Specialist Chris Levine I did another transfer for $1500 cad
To get 50% bonus.

As soon as I transferred second fund they left me for 2-3 days without any support and I lost $2500 because didn't get explanation and support to put "stop Loss" on my trades.
The only thing they do help customer to fill the wallet and that's all. Appear couple times to show they exist and disappeared.

Website messenger exist but not responding, it shows green active but no one reply.
I don't wish anybody else to experience this.
P.S. Now I am trying to withdraw remaining money from my account its pending for a day and again no one reply to my email where I cc both people mentioned above.
P.S. Ireceived call from My Executive Trading Specialist - Chris Levine on June 1st asking me to remove my comments on sitejabber.com and he will refund my original deposit, where i ask him first do it and prove no lie behind that he just hunged up the phone on me. Where another prove of FRAUD.

P.S. June 23 I was contacted by another, I guess Executive Trading Specialist Daniel, he was apologizing for his team mate for the service was provided to me (which no service at all) and saying he wants to help me bring my money back there is another program he can use for my acount adding 3 robots doing aggressive research and trading but from my side he needs another $1.500 to do that. I can see what they think about us "sheep's" unfortunately.
I have nothing to say more about this company. FRAUD ONLY.
AND NEVER TAKE THEIR BONUS, then they say you cant withdraw your money until you do the trade (as I got their explanation) for $120k if you take 50% bonus from the your amount of deposit.
Its your personal choice to work with them and trust.

P.S. July 6 I've got another call from private-holdings - some Martin called me if that's his real name. And its working like "good and bad cop", I said to him everyone who comes after another blame previous one and tell me to start working with me I need to deposit at least 1k to have his interest to help me, otherwise all points go to the guy initially opened an account for me, where Martin said NO NO NO, I don't need your deposit Ill help you make money with what you have on your account.
Then slowly he asks what bank I am using and then he said btw its good time to buy BTC and I can sell it to you for 24k. And I am like how come? The price is 34k, who sell it, where he goes Asians -))
Then he goes can you open your online banking? And of course when I said I am not going to open online banking for you he said that going to call me back in 1.5 hr and still calling.
Please be careful guys and don't be naïve.

CHARLIE LEWIS, ADAM... PHEOBE... ALL SCAMMERS. LONG STORY SHORT, I made over $23 million in my account and they wanted me to send them $*******. 00 to pay for " FEES" for BLOCKCHAIN. I talked to Blockchain.com, Shake pay, Coinsmart and they never have heard of any such fees. This company will take every penny from you and keep asking for more and more until they just ghost you. It's is great platform, user friendly, fast execution. Their Customer support are accurate and very Fast, thanks for the quick response. My only issue was that my withdrawal was a bit delayed, I hope you can work on this against next withdrawal then I can give five star

Overall, I have a fairly favourable impression of Private holdings Because there really are some useful things that you can use freely in your work and that allow you to analyse the market quite competently. Well-known broker, decent and reliable. They perform at the price that is on the screen, without delays, quickly and clearly. Quotes are clear. They do not cheat on the withdrawal of money, withdraw money stably according to the specified time frame. I have the impression of them as a serious broker

Stay away from jack and Ryan. I got screwed from theses pros. When it comes time to pay they want more money. They say it's taxes / fees. They are trained to always have an answer.
How they scam people out of hard working peoples money is the worst type of a human being.

I was scammed by Private holdings, I was left devastated and with nothing, Do not believe any of this investments sites with no credibility's, Before going ahead with any investment company check ratings on trust pilot, I learnt the hard way, I was able to recuperate all my loss through a professional company skyline-recovery com, I did not believe it was possible but they did it.

I signed up with Private Holdings Ltd. in March 2021. My initial investment was $250 US. Everything seemed to be going well until I tried to make a withdrawal from my trading account. I tried on two occasions to withdraw funds both were unsuccessful. I got a pending message on each and never was able to withdraw my funds.

The are continually asking you to invest more money, and now I can understand why. You can deposit money, but cannot withdraw it. A week later, I was checking my trading account and noticed that $860 had been taken out of my account without my authorization. I emailed their administration staff and got no response. The communication with this company is terrible, and they made no effort to rectify this problem or address my concerns. I hope my review will help other investors who might be considering investing with this company make the right decision. I would not want anyone to go through the experience I have had.

I invested $10,000 and they were great when I was depositing money. The value went up to $31,000. Don't let the shiny numbers fool you. You cannot withdraw any of it. I've been trying for 4 months now. I just told a representative that I wanted to withdraw and he hung up on me.

I recently invested 250 Euros with Private Holdings and was very unhappy with the service I received from them. Money was taken out of my trading account without my consent and I could not make any withdrawals from my account. I kept getting a pending message every time I wanted to make a withdrawal and I was never able to take money out of my account. I will never invest another penny in this company. I hope this review will be helpful to others who may be considering investing in this company. They are a definite thumbs down for me.

Ryan Fisher is a scammer and a drug addict he called me after an extreme party he sound hung over stole 3 grand of my money do not let these crooked a-holes do this to you the platform is bogus they Ryan Fisher changed my pin without my concent and stole 3 thousand dollers from me he said he would give me my deposit and my interest but failed to do so please people do not go with private holdings they have these fakers sayin you will make money and they will take your profits as he did to me this company is fraud I contacted interational recovery to get this fool do not give your money to Ryan Fisher he will take everything and you will not receive a dollar just like me and these liers who are saying they got paid on this platform they are paid liers to scam you all

Soo Thursday January 6th I payed the guy that was helping me make money. His name is Gabriel Boyer. He said to me " perfect now your money will be sent to you in 3 or 7 business day." I said ok perfect and we both hang up. 3 days have passed and no money. 7 days have passed and still nothing. I emailed Gabriel Boyer multiple time for him to give me information about how the transaction is going and why it's taking this long. Still nothing. Gabriel Boyer made me lose the 2k $CAD that I payed him. GUYS IF YOUR FINANCIAL ADVISER IS GABRIEL BOYER DO NOT TRUST HIM! He made me lose my time and money. They know how to talk to pushes you to give money but will never give you the money promised. SO GABRIEL BOYER IF YOU'RE READING THIS CALL ME I HAVE A FEW WORDS TO SAY TO YOU.

They are very efficient at opening your account, helping you to make deposits and they will take time to answer your questions. When you start having embarrassing questions then someone else will eventually call you to answer them and that person will always pretend to be the manager of the previous one or someone with more experience.
They will keep calling you to either invest money (they won't ask it directly) to be in a "contract" to have insurances or to invest enough on their platform to get full broker service. They will say anything to NOT let you withdraw any money and they will try to keep you in that loop for weeks/months.
If you trade by yourself they will eventually tell you that this is way too risky so you should invest more money to get the broken service and insurances or that you should probably close your account. If you don't want to give them more money and decide to close your account, then they will very quickly kick you out of the online platform and send you an invoice to cover the broken fees on your profits, platform fees and closure fees. They will refuse to transfer your money until you pay the invoice for reasons like:
- All Accounts dealing With CryptoCurrency Are Marked As Offshore Accounts And are out of Our Legal Jurisdiction There For Our Policy is To Release Funds Upon Payment Only.
- In Regards To Deducting Fees, We Don't Have The Ability To Deduct Anything From The Client's Account (With Offshore Regulation that is considered Highly Ilegal)
If by mistake you pay the invoice, they will tell you that Finances departement will take care of the rest and you will no longer be able to talk to anyone and they will no longer answer your messages.

Made my first investment has great response and phone calls then absolutely nothing. I was asked to pay fees to withdraw my money and provided an invoice in December '21. I paid the fees and heard nothing back for months. Now they have called me this past week to let me know they will be ceasing trading for Candian customers and asked for more fees and taxes to be paid, more than the amount I previously paid. I stated I have already paid the fees and would like to process my withdrawal and of course no email or phone response at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE BOTH!

August 10,2021, my funds still have not been transferred, they are still pending, my broker (Richard Goldman) contacted me telling me that the funds could not be transferred because I had put too large an amount compared to my funds (on the withdrawal summary page, the amount in BTC is rounded, and this is where it looked larger)
I tried the experiment again, wanting to transfer my remaining 200 €, the transfer is still in progress, it requires the approval (of the broker).
- I ask, once again to my broker to give the agreement or to transfer my funds himself to my third-party virtual wallet, this has still not been done. He tells me that he will file a complaint against me for false accusations, defamatory. If we are telling the truth, there can be no valid complaints, know it!
-I find out about other advice site and I notice that several people are complaining about Private Holding.
- I try to reach them by their Whatsapp, on their site, it does not exist! (there is one more extension)
- I write these articles, I bet the right articles are written by them.

These cats are only here to STEAL YOUR MONEY. They get you to put money into your account, make trades with it and then take your profits and your original investment and leave you with nothing. They should be in jail!

I invested $250 and a Daniel Morris convinced me to invest 2600usd and said i would get the whole amount back plus profit at the end of july. At the end of july a Ryan Fischer called and said Daniel Morris had covid and was too sick to manage my account. Now they had a female who i think is maybe a secretary call and this "vice president" came on the phone to ask me to setup an insurance to continue my account so in case I lose all my money the "insurance" will cover it. All the while my account had over 5000usd and i asked to withdraw! Its a scam they never let you withdraw. The so called vice president was literally shouting at me not to close the account as it would not close and he would reopen it. I closed it and he still didnt want me to withdraw, when i was told that anytime i wanted to close the account they would let me. SCAM ALERT! Thats the second company i got scammed from! Both off youtube ads. Beware and maybe use wealthsimple or a simple company where you can manage your investment on your own.

Started back in march when someone called me to invest $350 and open an account with private holdings.
Opened an account and deposited the $350 then started trading with McGinnis mark. Email address *******@private-holdings.com they keeps asking for money, I deposited $5000 my account keep it growing. Deposited more money. My account now showing $76K. Ryan Fished BIG BIG scammer as soon as I asked them for $7800 which I am suppose to get it today as they have promised me in the end of the month June 30th 2021. They shut my account and no one would answer my calls. This morning keep it calling NO one answer my calls. Then I got call from someone said that the gov investigating me for Money Laundry, which I PS
