Been a customer for 8 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else as the prices are greatly competitive co.pared to other auction sites.
There is a lot of hype from this company that you will be getting good cards from their mystery auctions and memorabilia that they promote. What I've experienced are low end PSA 10 cards that value in the $20 range and aren't cards people are wanting. $200 spent on one auction for a base Tua RC...garbage. You're better off saving for the cards you want and purchase on Ebay or other card shops.
I have made a lot of purchases from this company and I can say they have gone down hill lately. It took them 2 weeks to finally address my concerns after many messages. I understand they have a huge volume of customers but it's the little guy's like myself who keep them in business.
Tip for consumers:
Be prepared to wait a long time for a response if you contact them about any issues you have.

I was trying to be a regular customer because everything that I buy it was really nice in Too I buy this Jersey and I never receive it And they say that they're giving me my refund but I never see my refund And when I try to talk to them their customer service as really bad they don't even have anybody to answer the phones or the emails I wish they can answer me And I never got any explication Why did cancel my order with no notification or any explication

Make sure you get your product and not a refund you never see it

I gave a three star because I'm about 98% that they bid you up. Also your gonna pay more usually to win a bid. I've done business with this company for about three years. One of my packages was lost or delivered to the wrong address and since then I get charged out the a** extra on top of their 17%. Not once has my delivery guy make me sign for my package and I get charged for it.

Don't waste your time or money on mystery boxes you WILL NOT get anything listed in your chances I bought a limited to 50 mystery jersey package and got a player that I never heard of and wasn't even listed as one of the fifty players buyer beware the mystery boxes are no mystery YOU WILL GET CRAP! Had to go to. Jsa to find out who.the player was
Bought two baseball cards off them for double what I could have got them from another seller on Ebay (same quality). Felt scammed, but eh, you live and you learn.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Dealing with Austin W and Dawn in customer service is both unprofessional and condescending. A high percentage of their items are great quality but when you do get that one item that is inferior beware. I have been a very loyal customer for many years have always paid for my items and have never once had an issue. Had my first issue with a very inexpensive item and that's when customer service was just as unprofessional and helpful as can be. Disappointing all I wanted was an exchange no refund no compensation. Now I have a jersey that is worthless that coincides with Pristines customer service. Beware if you have an issue because money is more important to Pristine than doing the right thing. The 3 stars is they do have nice items 1 star to customer service.
So far I have won nine auctions in the past month since I have been on this site. So far everything has come in great condition and wrapped with care My biggest complaint is communication The second item I ordered last month still has not been shipped out where as the ninth item I ordered has already been shipped out. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I'm giving them three stars because of their lack of communication
Great site to find all kinds of memorabilia, biggest complaint is the bids dont automatically update, wont show the highest current bid.
This auction site is decent. All of the items I have received have been as advertised. I do think the bidding is somewhat rigged though. Buyers premiums are pretty high as well (17%)
Won more auctions than I meant to, but I knew what I was getting into. The jerseys were interesting, no branding whatsoever, but the quality was good, no stitching mistakes or anything. At this point, I'm not sure if its the coolest thing ever or the worst.
Autographs on jerseys usually come with JSA COAs so I believe the autograph is real but the jerseys are cheap knock-offs from the Philipines. They still look great framed, not so much when you try to sell as is!
Its ok i wish the jerseys were legit jerseys not no name ones made in the Philippines...
I've purchased quite a bite in the past few years from Pristine. For the most part in terms of the products I've purchased the quality of the autographs are good. I did have three bad experiences with products. One was a Montana jersey with the wrong COA attached; 2) A hockey jersey with an autograph which was completely smeared; and 3) an incorrect listing of what I received. The Montana jersey really pissed me off because the JSA sticker and COA did not match. At the time no one had offered a refund on the product at all. I phoned JSA and they basically told me the jersey was worthless if both did not match. I was stuck with a jersey that had no real value. I eventually sold it for less than half what I paid. They sent me a Pristine LOA which was a xerox copy of the ad (worthless). I bid on items almost everyday, and I'm still really bitter about that purchase.
Pristine Auctions is a great site. But they certainly dropped the ball this past week. Knowing this site was crashing from overload on the first day of the free credit. And never addressed the problem all week :(
